I walked by this place almost every single day and didn't think anything of it, since it's located in the same building as the T-bana. Honestly I thought it was just a shisha/hookah lounge as the back area is purely that. Luckily for me, my wife loves shisha, and she kept asking me to go here with her since there's always people smoking shisha here. So we went.
We struggled a bit as both of us are pretty terrible at Swedish for the time being, though she's better than me at it. We managed to order a lemon lime shisha and a couple beers. About 20 minutes after smoking, I was getting hungry as I had only eaten breakfast (normal for me to only eat once or twice a day) all day up to this point and it was about 1800. I was going to suggest we head out, or at the least I head out, so I can eat, but I saw another guy with a menu. I didn't even know they served food up to this point.
I ordered a char grilled shish-kebab with rice and a salad. You can't eat in the hookah area, which is fine, and he let me know it would be about 15 minutes until it was finished. I waited and the (really nice) guy that was working there let me know the food was ready.
It was delicious. Far better than I thought it was going to be. The meat was juicy and tender with the rice, which was perfectly cooked. The salad didn't have any dressing but instead seemed that it was tossed in a red wine vinegar.
I would come back here again any day of the week, if only for the food, but I know I would get a hookah as well. It also helps that the staff was super friendly. If you like shisha/hookah, or just good food, you should stop by here. read more
