This place is horrible. I waited an hour and a half to do a urine screening when there was only 1 other person in the waiting room. It's been a week still with no results. I called to find out what's going on the staff is rude as could be. Just to find out it could take an additional week to confirm a prescription that I am currently taking. Craycroft location. . speaking on behalf of the Grant location. Absolute WORST experience i've ever had in a dr office. they had me waiting for 1.5 hours in a room, only to not communicate the wait time. After the first 45 mins, I went out to make sure they knew i was in there for what was supposed to be my 4th (unnecessary) follow up on a finger injury that healed weeks ago. I finally came out again after 1.5 hours and they gave me the worst attitude. I got no apology for the non communication. I am coming here because of work, I do not have time to sit there all day, I have work!!!! so I had to reschedule and when I did they told me "I shouldn't have walked out" THE DISRESPECT STAFF IS UNMATCHED. if i could give the grant location 0 stars I absolutely would. This is a review for their Grant Road location. Avoid like the plague. At least an hour wait time before even getting to a room. Full waiting room (more than the number of chairs; all waiting at least an hour). Plan AT LEAST a couple hours for your visit. read more

First impressions go a long way, so I was concerned the care would be better than the overall look of the building. The facility is in mediocre shape, could definitely use some repair. Stucco on building is old and peeling off. Check in desk and waiting area look like something out of the 70's. Very uncomfortable plastic chairs in waiting area (for patients with work place injuries). But I have to say my concerns were put to rest because I received the most amazing care here! From the frontline staff, the doctor and the physical therapists I am extremely happy with the customer service and the care I received! read more

Great place if you're looking to waste 2+ hours of your time! Would highly recommend if you're down to fill out some paperwork that takes 5 minutes, a basic physical that takes 15-20 min and 2 hours of just sitting there waiting for them to say you're good to go. Oh and the waiting room wasn't even that full. Let that sink in. read more

My daughter developed heat stroke while collecting shopping carts as part of her job with Fry's in Oro Valley. She collapsed after being outside in 110+ heat for 25 minutes. Part of her face went numb. Her legs and arms went numb and she vomited multiple times. She was treated by the Oro Valley Fire Department paramedics on-site and transported to the Oro Valley emergency room where she was diagnosed with heat stroke. We took my daughter to her primary care physician in Oro Valley and through additional tests including more blood tests she diagnosed her has having suffered from heat stroke. We were required by Fry's to have my daughter seen by MBI to be able to file for workman compensation. MBI was provided with all the prior diagnoses and a form with all the specifics filled out with the manager at Fry's. Helen the nurse practitioner from MBI who "examined" my daughter was very argumentative and down right nasty. She told me wife to basically shut up and after listening to my daughter's breathing declared that she suffered from dehydration not heat stroke and that the doctor at the Oro Valley Hospital and our Primary Doctor were all wrong. She asked my daughter to sign without showing her what she was signing. When my daughter asked to read what she was signing the people at MBI got upset and told her she just had to sign. She refused, and finally they showed her what she was supposed to sign. The workman compensation form had the wrong diagnosis, wrong emergency room, wrong primary doctor and a whole bunch of fields that hadn't been filled out. When my daughter brought these discrepancies to Helen's attention, Helen told her not to worry about it and that the incorrect and missing information could be changed once she signed. Basically MBI was trying to protect Fry's by lying on the workman compensation form and getting my daughter to sign the form. My wife and daughter walked out of MBI without signing. Because of that the workman compensation claim can not be filed. Fry's wants my daughter to go back to MBI to try again, but according to workman compensation law if she would go back to MBI then Fry's would recognized MBI as my daughter's primary care. Bottom-line don't use MBI and if you don't trust them. read more

I went there for a pre-employment exam. I was there for 3 and a half hours. I waited for 3 hours in there. The exam only took 30 min. The staff doesn't care, worst service ever. read more

They take FOREVER and the employees don't care about how long it takes or how much they inconvenience you. I waited in line for 20 minutes with one person ahead of me. They will also not let you schedule an appointment for a DOT exam. Overall a sorry excuse for a "medical" facility. read more
