He did not check doors or Windows for binding , He missed a very important railing that was not there, leading to the basement and i had to pay the bank an additional $175.00 to have the Appraiser re go out to the house for this and inspect, once the railing was up. Very dissatisfied needless to say. He missed the water test and had to come back out to the house. I would not recommend to anyone looking for a thorough home inspection. Was told by Steve he was refunding my payment and I did never receive this and forget his buy your house back Guarantee that will never happen.
