He said I would have a proposal in a few days. Well, about 2 weeks passed and nothing. So I sent a text reminding him. Two days later, he sent the proposal - roughly $8,000 worth of work! However, the proposal did not include language for all the materials we agreed on. While the price may have included these items, unless the language is in the proposal, it doesn't exist. So, I sent another text asking about the missing language. Still waiting.... I'll update this review when, and if, I ever get a comprehensive proposal. But don't hold your breath.

We had almost ordered from a supplier selling Bertch, then my mother informed me that JCC made her cabinets (in 1980) for the house I grew up in. Although my mom doesn't live in that house anymore, a friend of mine does. While those cabinets are dated in their look from 1980 vs. today, they still look beautiful and have held up nicely. I started working with Warren, and it was a great experience. He had many ideas on how to maximize storage space. The finish and wood species choices were plentiful. Our project was significantly smaller than what Warren and JCC are used to and capable of handling, I always felt like an important and valued customer for them. We had an issue with our contractor who did a disappearing act on us, after our cabinets were ordered. JCC was helpful in recommending an a contractor who worked out wonderfully. So good that we ended up remodeling part of our kitchen (with JCC cabinets of course) and also we purchased closet organizers for our master closet. I wish every dealing with a remodeling experience went this well. :)

Extremely disappointed with this company's integrity and business practices. I sent a deposit in…read morethe morning assuming we were moving forward within a reasonable timeframe. Only AFTER they received my money did they inform me they were roughly 50 days out. That timeline was never clearly communicated beforehand. I found another contractor who could complete the work much sooner, so I requested my deposit back literally within 3 hours of sending it. They refused and suddenly claimed the deposit was "non-refundable" -- despite the fact that NOTHING in the contract stated the deposit was non-refundable. Keeping someone's money after only a few hours, before any work was performed, materials ordered, or labor scheduled, says everything about a company's character. Very low integrity in my opinion. Be extremely careful before sending this company any money.

On May 1st I contracted this company to come and replace my driveway. The estimator Jose came out…read moreand I explained to him what I wanted to have done. The thickness of the material I wanted and we came to an agreement. The agreement was to widen my driveway by 18 inches to the edge of my home, as well as saw cut a piece of my front porch walkway and to run the Asphalt straight all the way down to the apron, and at the end of the apron I wanted the driveway to flare out so that we didn't continue creating a mud pit pulling in/out of the driveway. This morning I received a call from Jose asking about final payment for the work, but did not ask how the I felt about their work. Well after speaking to Jose and explaining to him my dissatisfaction with their work, and told him I will be holding final payment until the work was completed to my satisfaction. He immediately was capable of getting to my house this afternoon look at their work and say it looks great to him. My favorite part of this is when one of the workers after telling all of them if they want something to drink to help themselves to water/gatorade I had in a cooler for them and if they need to use the bathroom knock on the door and come in and I will show them where it was. Not 5 minutes later, the man that was leading the crew walked to the side of my house. looked at my ring camera, smiled and started pissing on the side of my house while smiling at the camera. I did not see this first, my wife did. As I showed Jose this video, his immediate reaction was " I don't know what the guys do, but I can talk to their bosses only thing I can give you a discount on the sealcoating" So here is a borage of photos pointing to every issue I have with them.The yellow chalk is every high/low spot in my driveway.
