In "normal times" loss of a loved one is difficult enough. In time of COVID and the extreme difficulty of obtaining goods that must be shipped because of our current president that is more concerned with playing mario bros or begging the Pope...it is very very difficult to pick any type of what would be normal floral arrangements for a funeral. Several places just said no even with almost week lead. McAdams was the sweetest floral provider under all circumstances. Mom had her favorite colors. They were not sure they could get them in. Nailed it! If not for broken foot would have driven to their wholesaler and picked up for them ...grin. No really even though they said may have to replace...the casket spray was absolutely beautiful. Family loved it. Thank you so much for your kindness in our time of loss. I had to send flowers for a funeral in Victoria. It was last minute since I got word of the funeral while I was out of town. I have used FTD.com and such with poor results, so I thought I'd try ordering flowers online from McAdams in Victoria. After I placed the order I received a phone call from them asking me if I would mind if they substituted some of the flowers that weren't available. I appreciated them calling instead of just doing it. The flowers were delivered and they were nicely done for a reasonable price, so no complaints. read more

Well, I cannot stress enough how accomodating the folks at McAdms Floral are. I wanted some flowers sent recently for a special occasion, so I looked on Yelp for florists in this area with positive feedback. I am so glad that I did! Upon the inital call to place my order (which, by the way, was the same day I needed the delivery) the staff were amazing, warm, friendly, and helpful. (also note, I called to make a minor change after the order was placed, and I still received the same great service) The arrangement arrived on time, and it looked amazing. The value is way better than the florist that I almost used in stead, and the customer service was great too. You will not regret using McAdams for your floral needs. read more

I ordered flowers online for a funeral several days before the funeral. At 0100 the day of the funeral I received an email stating they could not fulfill the flower order but offered me a silk plant for $100. Since they contacted me so late I could not get flowers delivered to the funeral. Very poor business!! read more

Shopping for funeral arrangements and was offered a discount by the owner because of a previous screw up where the high end floral arrangement that was paid for, ended up being a Charlie brown tree on delivery, but when we asked the starting price, it was jacked up by 25% of what was quoted over the phone. You out to be ashamed of yourself taking advantage of people at such a difficult time. read more

I called in yesterday for 2 funeral sprays. They delivered one with 6 snapdrogons, 10 carnations and 3 glads for over $300!!!! I have never yelped before, but that's theft. Thank goodness my husband was there and caught it. read more

I was very impressed with how on top of everything McAdams Floral was when I placed my order. I somehow placed the same order twice. They emailed and called to make sure I wanted both of the orders or if there had been an error. They were kind and even followed up on the order to make sure everything was right. Excellent service for impromptu floral purchase, so I could dismantle and rearrange a dismal bouquet my daughter purchased at a big chain grocery floral dept. on the day of her bridal portrait. Then I used them again w the floral order, so I could put together all the bridal bouquets for her wedding day. The staff helped me w the order, suggested how to collect, store, and transport all items on the big day. Flowers are beyond fresh, gorgeous, and perfect for all occasions. Getting flowers is always treat, but when they come from McAdams Floral, the flowers are fresh and the arrangements are beautiful.

I am a self employed consultant and used McAdams originally 24 years ago while living in Victoria and have continued to use them ever since relocating back to Mobile, AL. ( Rolll Tide! ). It is impressive to see the pride displayed in a job well done by the folks there at McAdam's. Hard to find that anywhere, anymore. McAdams Floral has without a doubt the best customer service that I've had the privilege of experiencing. This morning I purchased a plant with some balloons and a personalized card for delivery through the McAdams website. This was for Mother's day, but the earliest delivery I was able to select was Monday, May 12th. About 5 minutes after I placed the order, I received an email informing me that McAdams would be able to deliver today, the 10th. They then slightly adjusted the message so there wasn't a mention of it being a day late. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and care expressed by the staff despite my small order. The staff worked diligently to make sure everything turned out great and was received in a timely manner. read more

Ordered online a "Child's Bucket Of Fun" for a 4 yr old that is home with the flu. When it was delivered I got a text with a picture of a VERY happy 4 yr old!
