I don't take kindly to writing a review for a firm I have thought so highly of. My husband and I…read morehired this law firm to represent he and I in several matters. They filed numerous lawsuits, however some of the lawsuits they filed were just thrown together. Spencer Bryan assured me they would be amended prior to the lawsuits being served. Spencer told my husband that they should have done it already but have been taking advantage of the extra time the law allows. The lawsuits were never amended or even served. I was served with a bogus subpoena by an opposing party and I sent Steven an e-mail asking him if there was anything I needed to do or worry about. He replied and said not to worry at all about it. Steven filed a "Motion to Quash the Subpoena" but he did not file it correctly. After I've paid them thousands of dollars, he admits to me today that he filed this wrong and made a mistake. Due to his mistake, it has caused me several months of non stop worry. Steven should have said he would take the correct actions and remedy the problem. Nope. He just wanted to be done with us. Steven and Spencer didn't fight for me. They didn't protect my interest. Even in court, they didn't look out for me. I was told they represented me, then they told the Judge "No we don't represent him". After I e-mailed both Steven and Spencer asking them about this e-mail where they sent both myself who is not a party to the lawsuit and my husband who is the party to the lawsuit this e-mail, they asked to meet with us. They told both of us that they had to get out IE they were dropping us. They offered to give us a refund of X amount. While it sounds like a great offer, they have taken our money and have not represented both of us to their best of their ability. We have lost years of our time because they were too busy to do their jobs correctly. What about our time lost for your failing to properly file? They admitted to both of us that they were stretched too thin. Unfortunately, because they are stretched so thin, they have now caused both myself, and my husband irreparable harm. My husbands lawsuit will now be dismissed because no other firm will take it due to "Conflicts of interest". The lawsuit is against a billion dollar University. Bryan and Terrill could not take on a lawsuit successfully against them. It's a good case too. They just don't care. Steven told both of us to just throw him under the bus for his mistake. We didn't want to do this. We wanted them to fix their mistakes and do what we paid them to do. When we originally hired both Steven and Spencer, they were so nice. They appeared to work diligently on everything for us, but I believe they are chasing larger cases and we just became less and less important. They certainly paid attention to us when they wanted our money. We put our trust in them. I should have known that something was wrong when they had 2 years to file a simple open records lawsuit against Tulsa Community College and they put so little effort into making sure a correct lawsuit was filed. They took our money, assured us this stuff was being done etc. They lied to us. They deceived us. Its the worst feeling in the world. What makes matters worse is that Spencer was just ordered by the Oklahoma Federal Court to pay $12,000 to opposing counsel for releasing confidential information on another lawsuit where they represented the plaintiff in that lawsuit.

The previous review sounds very real to me. This firm comes across very caring, but is not…read more Neither Spencer or Steve return calls, thus not answering questions about the case and where it is going. We have to keep calling and calling and then we are told "the case is pending" by the office staff. This is extremely aggravating.....just let me have a minute with the attorney, please !! There is a constant turnover of office staff. There are piles of papers, boxes and files all around making the office look very disorganized. I would suggest a firm who is more aggressive and organized.
