I'm super disappointed. I order from here maybe 3/4 times a month and I usually order the same thing: chicken salad sandwich with potato salad and a cup of soup. Today when my food arrived my breading on my sandwich was burnt to a crisp and they completely forgot my potato salad. The cup of soup I ordered was only half full. Great Tasty food-But they make sandwiches like they want-not your way. dont bother customizing your order online because they will add cheese when you dont want it. If you add Spinach they will delete the spring mix. Sometimes they add black olives when you dont want them. very unsafe for customers with allergies.** Note to managers train your kitchen staff to read. I decided to try this place out since I saw a picture of the food on a friends Instagram. I have been craving for a great pastrami sandwich since moving to Texas. I ordered the New Yorker sandwich and I have to say it was the best pastrami sandwich I have had here in Texas. I was greeted immediately by the staff. The staff was friendly and service was quick. The staff was attentive to their guests.The restaurant was clean and well maintained. I will definitely be back again and again. So many choices on their menu. Very good muffaletta, the bread needs a little work as it came apart while I was eating it, the meats and cheeses were on point, they have stuff like Cajun hot sauce but you have to ask for it, it would be nice to have some available so you don't have to get back in line to ask for it, another minor item...you have to get back in the line for tea or soda refills. My wife loved my muffaletta Sammy and her baked tater was good but not great...lots of meat but just average in taste. I would come back but split a half muff Sammy with my much better half pint person ....and maybe some soup, the tea comes in a pretty large glass so inconvenient refills may not be an issue for most people. read more

Expensive! Wow, $27 for 2 for lunch?! My husband got soup & salad, I got sandwich & soup and 2 drinks. You can get mac & cheese with your sandwich but a cup of soup is $2.25; why? Food cost on soup is nothing, I'm surprised they charge so much. The food was ok, nothing over the top to warrant the cost. Soup wasn't worth it. Thick like pudding, someone overdo it on cornstarch?? Food was hot & fresh, service was nice. Sweet tea was good, I saw that was popular so I tried it. Single stall bathrooms meant there was a constant line the entire time I was there; yikes! Excellent menu choices. The variety of side options definitely sets this place apart from Jason's deli. Cole slaw, potato salad, fruit, applesauce, Mac n cheese, mashed taters etc... Pastas is also a nice addition if you are looking for a hot lunch. Lots of differ met salads to choose from. The quality of the ham and turkey is Butterball which to me makes a much better tasting sandwich. Best of all it is quiet and relaxing unlike the zoo at salad bar deli's. Will be back! read more

The food is fresh, the iced teas are delicious, and the ordering process is fairly simple (walk up to counter, menu behind counter, they bring food out to you). The best selling point is the kids meals. At $2, the kids meal is the best one I have ever seen! It included an entree and a side item and the size was more than enough for our 6 and 3 year old. The adult meals could run aprox. $12, but the quality is great. We prefer this spot over Panera Bread. Added plus: when you ask for water, their cups are large! read more

They offered a half hearted apology and then made our order, which they gave to us without ingredients to our meals. The meal I had today more than overshadowed the last meal I had here. The food was yummy and the portion size was much better. I ordered the chicken harvest sandwich with potato salad and strawberry lemonade. The sandwich was very good. I loved the crunchy pecans in the chicken salad and fresh greens on a slightly toasted croissant. I ordered a slice of New York cheese cake for dessert. The slice is generous-- it is large enough to feed two people! I don't like extras on my cheesecake; however, if you do, you have the option of ordering strawberries or blue berries. I would be remiss if I didn't mention how pleased I am with the customer service. It was very good. I feel like they care and want me to have a good experience. While the food was eatable and love the tea, I won't go back. Has anyone noticed their pricing? Pick two for $9.99. No matter which half salad or sandwich you get there is a $1.50 premium added to each item. I had an additional $1.50 for my half sandwich and additional $1.50 for my half salad with barely any chicken in it. So my $9.99 meal cost me $13. Pick a price and stick to it. Horrible. read more

This is a 'chain store' type operation. Its not amazingly creative food, but consistently good. The baked potato in its various forms is noteworthy, as a half baked potato. And the full baked potato is (you guessed it) about the size of two potatoes. They have a variety of deli style sandwiches that are pretty good. Service is always good, and the food comes out in a reasonable time. We are regulars here, and will keep coming back. read more

The food is good, I like coming here with my coworkers because how clean and good the food is however it's disappointing to say that the people that work here are complete racists. I'm the only one that speaks English out of my coworkers and they always treat us bad maybe because they're upset that they have to serve Hispanics. When I receive my food the worker never says thank you or can I get you anything else and when I ask for a fork or something that's missing he rolls his eyes. Had a delicious lunch with my daughter, grandson and granddaughter..it was first time for grands and they loved it..grandson wanted to sample everything but he settled on half a King club which he had trouble getting in his mouth, a cup of chili, and root beer, granddaughter got a French dip and side of Mac and cheese and opted for water. I'm very frustrated with the service I have received here twice now. I work full time and occasionally come in on my very short lunch break. The is the second time I have received very obviously untoatsted bread. Last time I sent it back I was told "the manager said it was toasted." So when I ordered this time I very politely asked if they could make sure it was toasted. I don't want to pay for something that isn't right. I have been stupidly nice and didn't deserve this at all. I have been coming here for a while and I just now read the reviews...I'm shocked to read some of the 1 or 2 star reviews and I think I read one where someone complained about being asked about a side for a sandwich...are you serious!? Who complains about a side option?! This is a great deli to get all your favorites or if you're feeling adventurous, try something off their special list. I had a toasted cherry black forest ham sandwich and it was delicious!! Their Choose 2 menu is a great way to enjoy different items from their menu. Soups. Salads. Spuds. Nachos. And of course a wide variety of sandwiches. Honestly...they have a terrific assortment of clubs alone and offer my personal favorites... anything with bacon or avocado. I am a meat and fruit kind of girl so love being able to get a half size of a black cherry chicken salad paired with an interesting sandwich like an orange cranberry club. They have vegetarian selections as well. Something for almost everyone it seems. Plenty of parking and the staff was friendly and accommodating. And they are SUPER affordable for kids meals if you eat in the restaurant (.99) BUT they are super small and we usually need to order two of them. The baked potatoes are not as amazing as they sound, and the two sandwiches I've had up to this point (pulled pork and the roast beef dip) aren't anything fantastic.
