If you're in no rush to get your passport (at least two - four weeks from the time you launch your application), then you'll need to pick it up from this place. It isn't hard to find - it's on Lee street near Central station. Don't forget to bring some ID! Take any train to central and choose the eastern George street/Railway Square exit and go through the long tunnel. On your exit, head left past the German bakery and up the stairs. The building at the end of the footpath is the one you want, with the big 26 on the top. Head up on to level 7, wait in queue (if there is any), flash some ID, and off you go. Easy!

There was no preparation for the meeting, and I was not asked to provide any documents beforehand. The consultation consisted mainly of a couple of questions about my qualifications, followed by a referral to training organizations -- which they likely receive commissions from. That seems to be their real business model. They also criticized my English level, yet were unwilling to explore other ways of communicating information beyond verbal exchange. You'll be able to judge the quality of their own English when you call them. Don't be fooled by their very low prices or by how persistently they follow up -- they probably have few clients and offer little actual value. I didn't make any progress in my visa process.
