Unfortunately, we didn't even get to meet the staff that would be providing care to my daughter. The front office staff was so rude, confrontational, and unhelpful that after about a 5-minute conversation, we decided that this would not be a good fit for us. When we verbalized that, it was then, and only then, that they recognized their behavior and tried to be helpful. My daughter is young and starting to navigate healthcare on her own. I can only imagine how this would have made her feel if I weren't there to help navigate the experience. I will be reaching out to the office manager to discuss the experience. This is in no way a report of the actual PT providers. Interestingly, there is a sign in the front office about how aggressive behavior would not be tolerated; yet their own staff was aggressive, confrontational, defensive, and just downright not nice.
