Like most malls, McCain has lost a lot of stores and there are a lot of no-name places there. They have a boba tea place that is very generic and has the blandest boba I've ever had. Their food court is small and doesn't have much selection. There aren't any cool, fun stores. It's sad to see how malls are disappearing. This is one of the better indoor malls in the region. The parking lot is adequate, and the interior is clean and well- maintained. My favorite store is the Dillard's, where I've been able to find some really great deals on clearance sale items in their men's big and tall department. The JC Penney also sometimes has worthwhile deals, and has a pleasant atmosphere. read more

When you walk in, there is a musty smell throughout the mall. The food court had four businesses. Charley's, hibachi, Boba tea, and a popcorn place. The movie theater was dirty, and the customer service was blah to say it best. Find another place to shop. read more

This mall is pretty small compared to other cities and it also has your basic food options like Chick fil-A and Charley's. The shops overall aren't exactly top of the line luxury with your typical mall having mainly Dillard's and JCPenny, but from what I experienced you will always get good and helpful customer service when you come here. Overall, this mall is decently sized for its metro and you will also have decent food and shop options as well, but if you're visiting the Little Rock area Park Plaza would be a more ideal choice. read more

I was very lucky that I caught this about the jc penny's fitting room. I got pricked by a tag on the ground, that went a quarter inch deep in my skin. I wouldn't say it's the best mall ever, it is very small but it does have a lot of places to eat and shop. Though the shops are normally rotating in and out because nobody shops at them. The mall is pretty clean but there has been shootings that have happened there so I wouldn't say the location is the best. It's overall an okay place to go. read more

Very small mall with big taste. I actually enjoyed this mall and was pleasantly surprised at the store selection which doesn't really say much seeing as how if I'm not shopping high end I only go into one or two stores (Francesca's and White House Black Market) and I found both here. I got two of the cutest and different outfits. I LOVE checking out my fav stores in other states and cities because the market is different which dictates the inventory. We checked out this mall on Mothers Day due to the movie theater as we checked out Captain America Civil War. The theater was comfy and clean for a movie theater. It wasn't really crowded which was a extra plus but it is Ar-KANSAS. The food court wasn't very appealing. It was small with not many options to chose from. I don't eat mall food so I shouldn't complain but I do check it out because I could get lucky like I did on a couple occasions at a mall where there was many choices from Organics to salads to fresh juices. read more

Nice mall. McCain Mall is the larger mall in the Greater Little Rock area. It has two stories, plenty of parking available. Typical selection of stores including Sears, JcPenny, and Dillard's. The Dillard's has two stories as does the JcPenny. Overall friendly customer service at the stores encountered. McCain mall has several strip malls around the area, which makes this a generally good place to shop. read more

It's seems like forever since I've been here, a lot of stores have closed. I normally like park plaza more than McCain due to the variety of stores located on that particular size of town. Since this is a Thursday the mall seems pretty dead. There is a movie theater located inside the mall also the restaurants inside the mall is limited. Your local shops such as chick-fil-A is included along with other unknown restaurants. Check out the other stores here such as Dillards, old navy, Victoria secret, Sears, Paul's, finish line, and JC penny. read more

Great selection.. great customer service with 90 percent of store associates.. I haven't been to a mall in a long time, as I'm not really a shopper, but this mall changed that for a day. I was staying in a nearby hotel while my vehicle was being repaired and walked over to explore and I'm glad I did. Its very well lit and clean. Theres a good balance of the different types of businesses and thank heaven for their phone charging station. The seating is comfy for those finishing earlier than their companions. They encourage "walkers" to visit, and Im not referring to Texas Walker, Chuck Norris, although should he show up, I'm sure he would be more than welcome. read more

It's was nice mall. The weekend I shop there it was tax free.

I dont go here much outside of Sears. The mall is located at a really busy intersection and the parking lot seems to be empty all the time.

It looks like Simon actually cares about this mall! Renovations/remodeling have been done on the exterior and interior of the mall, addition of a Regal Cinemas that replaced an anchor that was empty for a couple of years, addition of well known restaurants in the mall (Taziki's and Bar Louie, with Bar Louie to be expected by Spring/Summer 2015) and on the outparcel (one of which will be BJ Brewhouse that is expected to be completed in Spring/Summer 2015). I do hope they have a quick replacement for Sears, because lets be serious, Sears will be out of business in a couple of years. read more

Its sad you go to the mall and your motorcycle gets vandalized. When I talk to security they said no cameras in parking lot. What... even Walmart has camera's . This is totally unacceptable! Hard to feel safe when Walmart has better security. read more

Decent mall to shop and kill time if you're in town. There's 2 levels in the mall. You can find most common and well-known department stores such as JCPenney, Sears, and Dillard's. It also have other well-known stores like Victoria's Secret and Foot Locker. The bottom floor is where the food court is. There's only a handful of places to eat but better than none. read more
