Good example I sent a email asking for them to call me they said they would in the afternoon well I waited and they never called, they called the next day and it wasn't even the lawyer it was the assistant and when I questioned it she told me that the lawyer just had her cal instead even though in the email I said I had a few questions which the assistant can not answer. The whole place is a joke I was paying one of the top lawyers for nothing takes days to reply never answer phones or calls back I was sent to jail because information was not related to me I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING. Looking back I wish I would have hired a local attorney with a flat rate because Cordell & Cordell want you to keep the account open so that when you email them or they reply to your email they can charge you as a matter fact I think they might even charge you to go get themselves a cup of coffee in the morning. It was really ridiculous what I was charged for the simple legal procedure that I was doing. I'm not happy at all with Cordell & Cordell and I would not recommend them the coffee remark was sarcastic but I think you get my point
