When asked to have the deposit surrendered to my fiancee, she was told "you can try and sue him but he has a great attorney and you'll never get it". The deposit check was never sent to the title company nor was there every a deposit check collected. Violation of real estate rules and guidelines. Rarely if every available between the hours of 8 till 12 due to her radio show. Repeated calls unanswered and botched customer service all away around. Then proceeded to threaten a lein on my fiancees home because of a personal debt which had nothing to do with the sale of her property. Stay away at all costs!

However, being referred to as a "KAREN" just because I'm white is not only improper, it's also quite offensive coming from this individual. It was our investment home that worried me. When the house was in the agent's custody, several problems came up. Certain things are not meant to break. Toilets are used by people, yet they are flushable. However, failing to inform the owners when landscaping becomes problematic when attempting to sell the property raises serious red flags. I sent the agent multiple emails, but each time the message bounced back. As soon as I contacted the broker, Eric, since I had questions regarding my property and couldn't get through to the agent, he seemed quite haughty. He carried on talking about his problems with Google throughout the taped exchange. To put it mildly, I was stunned by the email this guy sent me. It got under my skin for him to call his former clientele racist names when he didn't realize I was a New Orleanian. I don't hold the agent responsible; she was inexperienced. The broker, however, is a different matter. There should be no room for racists in our vibrant metropolis of New Orleans. No apologies from this guy but the racist email. Nor does politely asking to be removed from her lists. This has been going on for more than 2 years. It is ridiculous, unethical, and irresponsible. I cannot imagine that this type of desperate stealing of people's emails would relate to quality representation in the purchase of a home. I would stay away from this realtor and any company that represents her.
