We're The McCarthy Law Office, and we're a premier law firm based in Milton, WI. We have over 25 years of experience practicing in the state of Wisconsin. One of our attorneys, Scott, is a former Rock County D.A. and specializes in criminal defense and family law, including divorce, custody, support, OWI, personal injury, traffic violations, juvenile law, and much more. Our other attorney, Maggie, graduated Cum Laude from Marquette University Law School and specializes in both family and criminal law.
