He went above and beyond to come really far up to do the job, even working in the pouring rain trying to make good progress. (they did cover everything so nothing was exposed). They also accommodated for the colored tile I wanted, went up to Everett to pick up the correct tiles (distributor didn't send in the correct tiles) and hauled them to me. These are the best roofer, the best contractors I've encountered.
