The bathroom was spacious and something like you would have at a wellness center. The view off the balcony of the mountains in the distance is also just breathtaking. The bed was comfortable and had the right amount of softness and firmness. This was a top tier experience. The pool was heated, and the jacuzzi provided much relief as well. All pots and pans need to be replaced. Can't understand the lack of items. Three coffee mugs.. and lack of glassware. The condo is not a budget prices and should be better appointed. Small fixes would do a long way. Skyrum just manages the property and we're responsive to any questions. All in all the place was just OK. Parking garage was great. Unit 416 is in severe disrepair: holes in the walls, paint sheared away from the wall in the bathrooms, holes in the carpet, boot dryer pieces were all broken, missing the front of a bathroom vanity, fireplace broken (apparently for years), bed frames broken, broken coffee pot glass was broken), one of the shower curtains was stained brown at the bottom, toilets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks, the grill was filthy and tools left outside filthy from previous guest. Trash from previous occupant left in bathrooms, food crumbs found on floor after we walked in for the first time. I have emailed their director of owner relations twice after she reached out to me once during our stay only to be ignored. GM will not return email or phone call. We have sent them photo evidence, they don't care. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Towards the end of my visit, I went upstairs to the rooftop and purchased a bottle of Big B's organic lemonade. Organic ingredients include lemon juice, cane sugar, whole lemons and apple juice, along with filtered water and natural flavor. What I loved about this lemonade is the citrus essence was great, it was not cloyingly sweet (more moderately sweet), and the apple juice gave it a welcome, totally different taste not found in most lemonades. Drinking this delicious lemonade was a great way to cap off an enjoyable visit to the museum. On a different note, I didn't realize Hotchkiss, Colorado is actually closer to Utah than Denver. It's about 236 miles away from Denver. But if I'm ever taking a road trip, I would like to visit Big B's Delicious Orchards.
