He spoke a bit callously, arguing there are 340 million people in the country and they don't just look at things for them. He said of 100 calls they get only 1 is looked at. I indicated that I thought that was a specious statement about 340 million people, that many don't call, but that it was fine that they might not have an interest in a case. Instead of any reasonable response to saying 340 million don't call, he said "they do", and then said 15 to 20 a day call. A bit frustrated, I said but 15 to 20 isn't 340 million. The other issue was that he continuously interrupted to say things that might or might not be relevant. I finally asked him, if interruption could be avoided, it'd help. A moment later he interrupted again. I said it was clear there wouldn't be a match, and 'thank you for calling back'. He hung up without the courtesy of any word.
