(It is a pretty heavy coat) and that was fine. Gave them the article and came back when it was finished with cleaning. For some reason they ended up charging me $16. No explanation or anything. Paid and left, but probably won't use this cleaner again. A friend also mentioned that it was higher priced than usual. Besides the price climbing magically, the coat is cleaned fine and in good shape still. I'd rate them high on the cleaning part of the process.

It was immaculately clean and everything worked. Had one minor problem, called the contact number, 4 months later I'm still waiting for a call back later. Now, everything has changed. The bathroom has no toilet paper. No towels. No soap. Many of the machines no longer work with Dexter pay which you do not find out till after you have added detergent and loaded everything in. Of the eight washers I attempted to use one had no spin cycle so the clothes were completely soaked and had to be rewashed in another machine another $8 down the drain. I have left a message, I am doubtful I'll hear anything back. Hopefully no one will slip in the large puddle of water or my clothes came out, soaking wet.
