No just come back if you are still in pain. Not sure why, oh yes so I can be billed for that next referral to the MRI or something. I really hate that waste of time. The portal notes are empty and they won't answer messages there. Calling only gets you their "network team" who won't transfer you directly to the dr's office front desk. I tried THREE TIMES! I only wanted to discuss my previous care and get pricing for shockwave therapy (something we discussed). They said I had to schedule an appt. I shouldn't have to spend time, gas, and a co-pay to get simple questions answered. Finding care elsewhere now.

And my insurance said they don't have a deductible and secondly, they don't have a time clause of any appts. I received a call back and the guy apologized and said, "oh, that wasn't supposed to be on your statement"...... Nope turned out to be basically "hey this is what we do as naturopaths or chiroprators, sports therapy ... Maybe if more people showed up would have been more of a discussion and less of a fishing expedition on their side.. but was done in less than 15 minutes... so not a lot of waste of time but will be hard pressed to consider them for that alone.
