The printing quality is good but lately, on my large orders, they have been shorting the number of postcards provided. And not by a little but by a lot. Plus they used to have the option of using recycled paper for my postcards, but not anymore.

There were NO social media links like promised but I didn't care about them, but Jack insisted they were needed to boost my presence - yet he didn't create the social media links like promised. When I entered into contract with him again, these things were supposed to be fixed. There was only minor issues that needed adjusting but were ignored. Prinzi Media promised, took my payment and stopped returning my calls. Jack would send a text saying he'd fix it after his wedding - nope, never happened. Jack talks a good game but only produce subpar work at full price. He will take your money and stop returning your calls. Go some place else. Prinzi Media is not worth the headache. Update: Got a text from Jack after he saw my review. I also received a refund - half the amount. He was willing to return all of my money because he knew I wasn't happy with the service.
