It was brought to his attention that I didn't have any orthodontist insurance and he was so big hearted to have given me a discount to assure that I could get them. He wanted to make sure I was able to get the smile I had been wanting my whole life. That was his words I could tell it wasn't something forced to say it was from his heart. I have been very insecure since a young age because of my teeth. It definitely affects who you are as a person. As Dr. Dressler and I had discussed earlier into the appointment how I've wanted them since my teen years and I just couldn't make it possible due to low funds at that time he told me he would make sure we got it figured out there was nothing for me to worry about. Today I got my braces put on. As bad as it hurts I've smiled all day not because it looks good at this point but because I know it's all going to soon. I hate that I didn't ask the assistant her name but she was the absolute sweetest person ever. She checked on me multiple times to make sure I was alright and that nothing was bothering me. We also talked like we'd known each other forever. I couldn't ask for better people to help me on this journey I highly recommend Dr. Dressler as your orthodontist not only because of his work but also because of the person he and his staff are.

I'm dissatisfied with my Invisalign treatment at GCO. I believe my treatment has been guided…read moreincorrectly for 5 years. I initially chose GCO because my daughter received braces here, but it appears the expertise of the orthodontist is limited to treating teenagers and traditional braces. ‍ My other daughter started and finished her Invisalign treatment before I did. To top it off, my third child was also in Invisalign with a different provider and finished March 2026. The practice of only providing seven sets of trays at a time also hindered my experience. Now that the treatment is complete, I have noticed that my face appears more asymmetrical and contoured to the right due to the orthodontist moving my #3 and #2 molars into a missing premolar position without using TADs Additionally, I am experiencing jaw popping and TMJ symptoms that were not present before. I previously mentioned that I was unhappy with the bite on my right side; however, the adjustment promised via my retainers has not resolved the issue. My bite remains uncomfortable, and my top and bottom teeth are not properly aligned. I initially sought treatment for an underbite and its spacing. Dr. Aldridge requested that I seek a 2nd opinion. I have already informed Dr. Aldridge that I consulted with a dentist who advised that adults should not have their molars moved, as it could potentially impact their facial structure, given that they are no longer in a growth phase. Furthermore, the dentist mentioned that moving molars typically necessitates the use of TADs, which Dr. Aldridge did not employ. I have since consulted with 2 different orthodontists for a second opinion, and both of them concur that the molars should either be moved back or straightened. This is because Dr. Aldridge left them in a tilted position, resulting in a significant gap where food frequently becomes lodged. One of the orthodontist has informed me that two of my upper teeth require straightening, and two of my lower teeth also need to be correctly positioned.

They were able to get me in very quickly. Before my visit I was able to do all of my paperwork electronically. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by a girl at the front desk. She asked my name and was very polite. This office was beautiful and spotless. They have a really lovely waiting area that even includes a kids area with gaming systems. There's coffee and clean bathrooms. I was so excited that they had a chalkboard out with their appointment names welcoming everyone that day. They celebrate their patients whether it is just a visit, getting braces put on or taken off. It's little things like that that make you feel extra special. I was taken back quickly and had X-rays made. We didn't wait long at all for the doctor. He and his *I think she is his assistant walked us through the entire process start to finish. They were very patient. He took his time doing a thorough examination and explained what my treatment options were. This is my third orthodontic assessment if you will.(different dentist) I really wanted Invisalign or a clear retainer. He explained to me why that would not be possible but what he could accomplish with regular braces. Being a metal mouth at 40 makes me a little nervous. He made me feel so at ease by giving me more than one treatment option. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming and I am looking so forward to going back next month and getting my braces put on. In 2 years I might be brave enough to post some before and after pictures. Now let me go sell a kidney so I can afford this.

When I went in it was not busy and not once did the Dentist ask how my day was or anything about me. This Suprised me coming from my previous dentist and being related to dentists that say making a connection is the first thing you want to do with your customer to show you care. Instead I was told there was no other option even though I've had the same repairs done through using gel instead of injections. Which injections are more expensive then the alternative. Instead of giving options they gave the option and said I could leave and go back to the dentist I had before. Not only was it the environment but it my tooth that got fixed had to have an extension which they chose a shade of yellow instead of white. Now I am stuck with a paper two shades darker extension. The assistants and coordinators made up for it with the environment and atmosphere they created however. The main dentist felt like what we call in the business world an "energy vampire". These people suck the energy out of every situation. I do not see how this could be called a family dentistry with these things happening.

Do NOT go here. I…read morescheduled an appointment through Castle Dental's online portal because my original dentist randomly stopped taking United Healthcare. I called to make sure UHC was in network and scheduled/requested JUST a cleaning to be able to get my teeth cleaned before my insurance benefits turned over for the year. Upon arriving, they asked for the usual insurance card, license, etc. Mind you - I only requested a CLEANING. I agreed to nothing else. After waiting a very long time, they take me back for annual x-rays, then tell me since this was scheduled as an emergency appointment, *hopefully* there will be a hygienist who can take me. Huh? None of this was discussed with me beforehand. I was told I had a cleaning appointment. I waited a very long time, but was finally seen by the hygienist. She was pleasant and cleaned my teeth. She recommended a $30+ mouthwash that I agreed to buy. At checkout, my total was $66+, which I thought was odd because I had very comprehensive dental care, and my cleanings everywhere else is free. I figured I was being charged the $29 new patient fee special, blah, blah - wasn't worth the hassle. So I paid. But now, I keep receiving and electronic e-mail for another $85 bill AFTER my insurance went through. They charged me for services I never requested nor agreed to. Don't bother calling, you will sit on-hold forever and no one will get back to you. There's no real e-mail address to contact them at and they don't respond to Better Business Bureau complaints. Worst dentist office I've ever dealt with
