McDonald Worley has been working, without ceasing, for years on my hernia mesh claim. The personnel have done their due diligence in keeping me updated on the firm's progress and ensuring that I keep them posted on incidents arising from the many mesh problems. One particular problem was that during my gall bladder removal surgery, the surgeon had to resort to putting a wound vacuum on 24/7 for 6 weeks, as a result of the hernia mesh implant...I was recently informed by a firm member that a sizable claim is expected to be paid to me at the end of March or the first week in April.. I am very disappointed in this law office. The lawyer asked my husband to call on a certain date and he called and they never answered. he called every day for a wek until the lawyer finally answered. Then another attorney told lawyer told him he would call monday at noon or Tuesday ant 2 he never called. very unprofessional. Still have not heard from second lawyer. Day 3 read more

I have a partial settlement that was sent to them by the attorneys who took the case to court. I want to know when I'm getting my portion of the settlement. No one will answer the phone and no one is responding to my call. I don't know what's happened to this law firm lately but not being able to answer your phone is ridiculous! read more

I filed my round up claim with this firm over 5 years ago, in the beginning they kept in touch answered calls. I did all the work tracking down old doctor files I am living with lymphoma and have been ignored the past 4 years. No one answers phones or returns voicemails. When I did finally get someone they said there are thousands of claims. Did these people get a claim in my name and steal the fund I just do not trust them. Most likely wont ever see a dime or hear from them. read more

In the last 4 years that I have been with this firm, I've may have received no more than 3 update, I have to call and receive generic information. For example, I have attempted 18 phone calls and only 1 was answered and had to leave a m and no return phone call has been attempted. This firm will return calls or follow up. After 4 years I have no choice but stay. There has to be a better way. Is it me or their culture. read more

I have called so many times that I have lost count. The office staff takes my message but I never hear from them. I receive generic emails but I would rather hear about my case with a phone call. When I have spoken with the law office I've been told at a settlement should be in 60-90 days several time, but have not heard anything back since. I'm Very frustrated that no one will communicate with me nor will they give a true answer about my case when they do finally contact me. Very wonderful customer service experience! I called with a few questions and inquiries and was referred to Ms. Valenzuela. I had call around to a few other places and I felt like I was being pushed off the phone. I did not get this treatment from McDonald Worley, Ms. Valenzuela was helpful and informative and a smile radiated thought the phone. I wish i had done more research on this law firm . They do not communicate with their clients except by a copy pasted emails they have sent for over 3 years now . I email back and no one ever responds even though they tell you they will . And forget about calling them you get the same pre written script . Do yourself a favor if you have a defective IVC filter like mine find a law firm who cares . Mine cannot be removed as it has tilted . This was only supposed to be a temporary filter . I never received any medical card no follow ups with the horrible doctor who must have did a dozen or more the day i was there . read more

Awful. Totally unresponsive. August 2017 they had their intake person Shawna Flores take all of my personal information and said I had a case and they would file a claim on my behalf. Months later and I have heard nothing. I have tried calling, leaving messages and emailing. Several times Attorney William Barfield sent me and email reply stating that he would have someone reach out to me, but no one ever did. I have no clue if they did anything on my behalf.
