I purchase 16 chicken sandwiches they gave them to me with just chicken and dry bread i called that location and they said too bad and hung up on me then i tried calling again no answer went to a fax tone .I went today to show pics of these dry smashed sandwiches with receipt in hand and pictures of these discusting sandwiches and was told by Don who identified himself as the General Manager if you dont have the products to return its just too bad and he looked at the 16 pics and said what is this i replied the sandwiches that came out of you restaurant i replied he said they look awful but if you dont have them with you its just too bad. I along with my son traveled thru this establishments drive thru not long ago. I ordered two combo meals and traveled to the window to pay for it without any problems. After arriving to the second window for pick up, I decided to purchase separately a plain hamburger. Please keep in mind there was no one behind me at any time. I asked the kid at the pickup window if I could purchase a plain hamburger to add to my order and he didn't say anything to me and closed the window and I saw him speaking to a female who appeared to be the manager. I did inform the kid the hamburger was for my dog. Evidently he told the manager this fact and maybe that was why she rolled her eyes. The manager came to the window and asked what was going on and I once again requested the plain hamburger and showed her her my bank card to pay for it. She informed me that they did not have a register at that particular window so I could not do it. I then asked why they could not simply walk back and slide my card at one of the many registers in the restaurant, and she still did not want to do it. I finally told her to forget it and that I would never come there ever again. For the record; the burger was not just for any dog, it was for a dog who was dying from cancer. He had not eaten in days and I was so desperate to get him to eat something I decided to order him a plain burger because he always ate one as a treat here and there in the past. That lady was lucky that my son was in the car because I was already stressed out about our beloved family member. She exhibited pure laziness, unprofessional ism at its finest. Every time I order from here there is ALWAYS a missing order ALWAYS. And the funny thing is that they give u a bag sealed and the order inside sealed too that if is that the delivery driver is stealing I could see if the bag had been opened or not. Every single time I order from here is always a problem and have heard from drivers that girls in there like to give attitudes as well. One star and if posible non, they should close that McDonald's or hire people who knows how to do their job right. read more

I've only ever used the drive-thru at this location, so I'm not really aware as to the cleanliness of this location. The staff have always been friendly to me. I don't often like to be called ma'am, it makes me feel old, and I'm not THAT old. But there are times that sir and ma'am are expected to be used. I do the same thing when I'm using my "work voice". They are very polite. When they read back your order, the common response from the customer is thank you, and their response is always, my pleasure. During busy times, it's nice to see the manager helping out wherever and whenever help is needed. It's something you don't often see anymore, so it was a nice sight to see. The food temp varies, sometimes it's hot, sometimes it's warm, and other times it's cold. I haven't ever had to wait very long for my order to be ready, and they are quite busy at this location. My order has always been correct. This McDonald's is surrounded by a movie theater, another restaurant and is in a busy plaza. Plus there is a bus stop right near it, so there is constant foot traffic, and you do have to be careful when you are pulling in or out. If you're not really sure of the area, the driveway to the restaurant can sneak up on you. read more

It's nice that they're 24hours but if I have to wait 45 minutes in a 4 car line at 2am to get my food, unacceptable. You don't order your food at the speaker but at the window instead so your fast food is literally made to order. Somehow that concept and McDonald's seem to have nothing in common and probably shouldn't. read more

If I can I'd give it 0 stars. 9/10 times this store has gotten my order wrong. They somehow almost always manage to forget at least one of my items. So please check your bags before you leave. Was at this franchise March 1st after work tired and not paying attention. On Saturday of every week I look over all my receipts of my purchases during the week. I noticed I was charged $11.78 for 2 quarter pounders and $3.29 for a medium fry and that's not the first time I was over charged but caught it. Called with no answer sounding like a fax number on the other end. The are very unorganized. Management and staff could use a refresher course. This location is in the hub of activity and cannot rise to the occasion. read more

Two visits in the past month: one drive-up, the other walk-in. Each time the burgers were ice cold. Plus on the second visit the cashier/manager was so busy chatting (flirting) with someone across the counter that she got my order wrong. How does this happen? This is the worst McDonalds EVER. You have to wait, and wait, and wait, and wait, and wait some more. Then they simply can't get an order right. Today I ordered 3 sausage mc muffins with egg, hot cakes and a yogurt parfait in the drive through. Order comes after a 10 minute wait. 2 sausage mcmuffins with egg and hot cakes. Short 1 mcmuffin and a parfait. How tough is it to count to three? Don't they have a screen that tells them what should go in the bag? Guy brings the extra mcmuffin but informs me they have no parfaits. How about 2 go-gerts instead? Fine, whatever. Get home - no egg on any of the sausage mcmuffins WITH EGG. This is a consistent pattern at this location. Inside, drive through, same inability to get even the most basic order correct. The incompetence displayed by the staff here boggles the mind. The only reason I've returned here is that the next closest Micky D's is far away. But no more. I'll gladly drive an extra 20 minutes to get food that at least resembles the order I placed. Given the long waits at this miserable location I'll be saving time overall anyway. I suggest a boycott of this location so the owners lose the franchise. Then they may be replaced by someone who can hire a competent manager who can teach their staff to fulfill an order correctly within a 15 minute timeframe. Not a lot to ask... read more

This is probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, food takes forever and the staff is down right rude.

Just left there ordered 1 barrito with a coffee. The burrito was obviously sitting there as the shell was already hard. What made the place worse was that four ladies, that were suppose to be working, were standing in a circle and sitting on buckets have a conversation filled with swearing while looking at their cell phones. This was going on the full 30 minutes I was there. When I went for a coffee refill I had to wait until they put a hold on their conversation-I was the only customer on line. This is a place that needs to be avoided until management trains people. Cell phones need to be ban during work hours, and workers need to be attentive to the customers demands. It would also help if they learned how to clean. This place sucks. read more

Every time I have went to this mcdonalds their has been a problem with my order. I like to stop here in the morning during the week to grab a quick bite , however even drive thru takes 15-25 minutes to get my order of a sausage burrito, hashbrown, and an unsweetened ice tea. I end up with a sweetened ice tea that I can't drink and have to toss out all of the time. I wish they would have more then 1 person working the whole Restaurant in the morning. I expected this McDonald's to be just like any other I had ever been to. I was wrong. At this McDonald's they always only have one register open with an extremely long line of customers waiting to be taken care of. When I came here I was waiting on line for at least 10 minutes before my order was taken and there were only two people before me. The main thing that adds to the wait time is the fact that the cashier takes one order then will walk to the back and either get the order themselves, or carry on a conversation with another employee. Imagine waiting about 15 minutes for an order of chicken nuggets. And on top of this you sometimes have to give your order 2 or 3 times before they get it right. The only good thing about this McDonald's is the fact that it's right across the street so I'm able to easily get my fast food fix whenever I want. read more
