My brother ordered it with "Curry" (that's what the Dutch call it but it's not the curry we know, it's like sweet / spicy ketchup or something) and I had the typical Dutch fries with Mayo. Both items were straight up simple but were also simply "lekker!" (delicious in Dutch) Over the counter I actually spotted the huge amount of fries that they already have there. But instead the clerk actually deep fried some fresh fries just for us! Because of it the fries were nice and crispy. The Dutch people consider fries to be their main course, not an appetizer. Therefore places like this are quite packed during lunch and dinner times. RPEL also has gourmet dipping sauces to accompany your fries with such as mayo, Belgian mayo, BBQ, curry sauce, applesauce (a German thing) and their new citrus and truffle mayos. The citrus had the nice touch of actual lime zest sprinkled on it, and the truffle mayo was definitely delicious. They also have a variety of other friend foods to snack on. Yes.
