Got my order completely wrong. Food was decent but the deli every time was absolutely ridiculous.

Had fast service and the food was great. It was clean and didn't have any problems at all.

Really fast very nice very funny and happy make sure you have everything you need. Give you a lot of sauce.

There were six cars in the drive thru (no one inside due to COVID-19) and it took 45 minutes to get my food. First they made me pull up with one person behind me and then the food they brought out to me was the wrong order. On top of that my "correct" order was cold. I can't recall ever going here, placing an order, and leaving with what I asked for. I never expected much out of them in the first place but it really would be great if the only option I have for a quick coffee on my drive to work would get their crap together. This is the basic routine I've become custom to. -drive up -order large coffee -pay -get small coffee -argue with girl at the window -ask for manager -pull up to the reserved lane -wait 10 minutes or so -get a cold cup of coffee and a sorry about your wait I'm personally finished with it. On a spur of the moment road trip, we were pressed for time to get home. We whipped in at this McDonald's for a quick drive through meal to eat on the road. This turned out to be a great decision. The drive through operator was friendly and helpful. Our order was prepared fast and correct and we were back on the road. The food was wonderful... hot & fresh. I have never been on this site until now. I downloaded just to write how bad McDonalds in baldwyn ms is. I dont like doing this bcause i know alot of them who try r poorly managed and or underpaid and therefore dont care. Im not sure if ive ever seen a worse ran fast food place anywhere, anytime in my life. I run by a couple times a month just for grandkids an not yet in prob 10 times have they gotten order correct. The last straw was a ordered 2 q pounders and 2 fries and they told me to pull up an wait ( nothing knew). I was outside for 15 mins an decided to go in an get it. As soon as i walked in the lady saw me an bfore i got to counter she threw the bag at me. Luckily i caught it an didnt say a word , just walked out. I open bag to hand kids fries and wrong order. We had been in line 20 min an then pulled up n waited 15 n got food throwed at me. I had to go back in n tell them my order was completely wrong. They took sack back n told me it would be a little longer, no apologies or nothing. I said i just want my money back i can't wait any longer so she got a guess was suppose to be a manger who asked me what my prob was? I hadnt said anything yet bcause i wss afraid they might spit on food or anything. When she asked me what my prob was i started to tell her but she just handed me my money back n walked off.
