This was the worst McDonald's experience I ever had. The electronic menu changes and you can't finish reading. There were 6 inept high schoolers at the register. No one could help us with a readable menu. Meanwhile our register girl is playing in her phone and inappropriately discussing the virility of Sagittarius people with the 5 beside her. After ordering she turned from us and said, "I really want to be part of this conversation". The "manager" is 20 and powerless. We waited 15 minutes for 2 fries and 3 smushed cheeseburgers. This place got a bonus star because the play place is awesome for little kids. These kids don't have any idea because they're not trained by the McDonald's. I usually don't pick this location because there is always a line that wraps around the building. However, today I had time and wanted to grab the kids breakfast before school so I stopped. There was only one other car in the drive thru. I placed my order and was greeted by a nice lady that took my money. I pulled to the second window and the line started behind me. I got to the window and was given my drinks. So, the truck behind me starts running his mouth to complain about the wait. Let me just tell you, I wasn't there longer than 5 minutes. I could literally hear him from my car over his obnoxious Diesel engine with the "GEEZ!" and "how long are we going to have to wait?!" Wahhhhh lol so I got my food, everything was hot. My order was correct, and the girl in the second window, also pleasant at 5:30am. Thumbs up to this location. Great, fast service. read more

Older blonde woman wearing a black hoodie asked us after we ordered what we got. Fairly busy so we understood and repeated it back to her. She proceeds to tell the kitchen the wrong order and when we tell her she missed a few once she was done she snaps at us and says "I can read." We weren't trying to start anything, just can't believe how rude some people can be. It isn't our fault you're having a bad day. The staff here are usually very friendly, and courteous. However, 7/10 times when we go here, something is usually wrong with our order. The wait time is usually atrocious, as well, if you go through the drive through. It seems that it doesn't matter what time of day we go...there is always a long wait. We literally have to make sure we have 15-20 mins to spare if we end up having to go to this location. read more

I was pleasantly surprised to see that they were open 24 hours. I was greeted promptly and friendly at the drive-through window. The server was pleasant and seemed happy to serve. Which after a 13 hour shift and getting there at four in the morning due to daylight savings time it was a nice treat. After seeing so many negative reviews I was apprehensive about going there but it seems like they definitely stepped up their game. Congratulations to all involved. read more

Come on McD's - the manager needs to get a corporate checkup. 7:15 AM and stopped by for Sausage Biscuit. Not that complicated and let's face it - I've eaten a jillion. The one thing that ruins it - is a dry/over heated biscuit. The kind that comes from a biscuit being cooked, sausage added and then left in the slot for WAY too long hoping a customer comes in to buy it vs tossing it when it's time. Mr Manager. Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru at 1130pm for them to tell us its going to be a 10-15 minute wait. After hearing the girl working the drive thru get REALLY nasty with a customer and a rather colorful exchange between the two, I waited another 10 minutes. I don't know why it is so difficult to get an order correct. I ordered two bacon cheeseburger deluxe sandwiches. What I got were two baconless sandwiches loaded with so much mayonnaise that you could see the burger. I ended up throwing both out. Disgusting. When I think of a deluxe burger, I imagine that it comes with tomato, lettuce, onion, mayo, cheese and the freaking bacon. Maybe if you told the car in front of me who had four different orders to come inside you could have gotten my order correct. I worked four years at a McDonalds and I can assure you it is not that difficult to pay attention and make the food correctly. The fries were cold and overly salted. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I had to wait 45 mins for "computers to update". So I downloaded the app and ordered off there, I got back to the establishment and they refused my order because it was too large and it would hold up the line keep in mind this is at 2 in the morning. I understood that so I seperated my order and was going to wait in line for each order. The manager Pam was the worst Worker I have ever dealt with she talked to me like I was a child and was extremely unprofessional. She also threatened to call the cops on me for trying to continue my order. Stopped while on a long road trip for a break and much needed coffee....it was afternoon so not busy.....several serious issues!!! First, while using the hand dryer in the restroom an employee very rudely came out of the stall looked over and said "I dont have time for this sh%t and walked out without washing her hands.....ewwwww. Then we ordered our 3 takeout meals (all standard except one where I asked for a large coffee instead of a soft drink....with cream and sugar)......she handed us 3 soft drink cups and a small coffee. When I said I had asked for a large coffee, the lady who was handing out the orders slopped some coffee into a large cup, handed it over and immediatly turned away to the next people. I checked for cream and sugar at in the drink area....since there was none I had to stand in line again. When I got through and asked, I was handed some creamer cups and sweetner. When I went to put them in I found the coffee to be barely luke warm. Isn't it pretty standard to monitor times for brewing and holding coffee? SO.........not feeling like the customer is very important here!! I gave up and we got back on the road...........and stopped at the Starbucks up the road. BTW......on the return trip we needed a stop at the same point and we made it a point to avoid this place. Located right on a major highway you would think that travelers are pretty important to the business!! McDonalds is USUALLY a safe, clean, and consistent place to stop.......not this one. ordered a sausage mcmuffin (as printed on the receipt) expecting a muffin/sausage/cheese. (as previously received many times, without having to specify). got a muffin with egg and cheese. took it back to the counter. the employee could not have been more rude. "it is a sausage mcmuffin" without looking at it. then i am asked how i want it. really?? a customer has to tell an employee how to make a standard menu item?? so i said muffin, sausage, cheese. i got muffin, sausage. again, employees being rude. and when did it become acceptable for an employee to sweep directly under the table and around customers feet as they are eating?? just plain disgusting and, again, rude. at that point my friend said lets go, after eating most of our breakfasts. still gotta laugh tho. these are the people that think they deserve $15/hr LMAO :) so, since they think they should earn such a ridiculous wage, they can start removing trays from the tables. which we left on purpose, but never have in the past. on another visit, ordered a big mac . . no top bun LOL just can't make this sh## up!! read more
