Very traumatic experience ngl . Food was good however my sisters and dads drink was wrong and my sisters chicken burger got mixed up which was inconvenient. A little girl came over and sat with us which we didnt mind bc she was cute and made us laugh however if it was anybody else I think they would be a bit annoyed . Then we went to the toilet and 2 stalls were locked with no-one inside and one was full of tissue as u can see . Typical McDonald's experience. read more

Good but when we orded we was waiting for an hour plus and our food number wasnt even up there and my stepdads drink was wrong he orderded coke and got a fanta instead and i orderd a lemonade got a pink lemonade indtead my sisters chicken burger got mixed up with a beef burger with sauce on it to . As far as McDonald's go, this one is very small. The service in the store can change, sometimes very good and sometimes really terrible. The majority of the staff are friendly and the store is generally clean. A full refurbishment will be underway in the autumn of 2016 expanding the stores size and the way you order. read more

This McDonalds is located just of the large roundabout at junction 6 of the M65. Unfortunately if you want to go there from Shadworth/Whiterberk you have to go up the slip road to the roundabout then back down. This McDonalds has a drive through wich is very efficent and also have parking if you want to go inside. They have toilets inside a dining area. read more

Nothing against McDonalds as a brand. I love McDonalds. Me and my stepmother entered this particular McDonalds branch at quarter past ten in the morning, in perfect time before the breakfast menu closes at half past. We felt very lucky as there was no one else at the till and we were looking forward to getting our food and going. That's when it began. The completely incompetent member of staff, who was the only woman on the till, blatantly ignored us until half ten. She looked at us repeatedly and then didn't even question if we were being served. We were also ignored by every other member of staff that could be seen. This may sound petty for some but the experience was completely appalling and none of the staff seemed competent enough to perform their job at an acceptable manner. The food also took ten minutes to arrive when we could see an abundance of already prepared McMuffins. I have an added an extra star to this review because the food was good, but sadly that didn't sway my mind on this. McDonalds, as one of the biggest companies in the world, please hire better staff. read more

This fast food restaurant is always packed out with people, They make some really fillet meals and also fries as well. Their is so many seats inside here as well for customers to sit down and relax as well. The restaurant is kept clean and tidy as well as staff always clean up the mess left by others here. read more

Come on just about everyone on Qype has been to eat at McDonalds without a doubt. I come to McDonalds about twice a month to get my self a fillet meal as I love it! I have the option of getting my food from inside which is a option I pass! I rather go to the drive way option and get my food there as service is quicker. If you come here inside you know your time is going to be wasted. The concern coming here for me is a lot of time is lost just waiting to get the food and also then finding a table to eat on! read more

Mac Donald is of course a glogal fast food resturant. I do however love to have the occasional fast food burger. Especially befcause the resturant is dispite being busy. It's clean and frendly. read more
