As many others of the burger chains established in the last 10 or so years, Peter Pane has focused on its franchise qualities, not so much the creation of exceptional burgers -- their burgers aren't terrible, but somewhat dull, too dry, sauces meh; standard German burgers that cannot hold a candle to great burgers in the American tradition. Service can be extremely slow, particularly when seated outside... Lunch and childrens' prices are really good though - no wonder it's popular with families!

I've been a few times and have enjoyed it every time. The vegetarian and vegan options for burgers is one of the most varied I've seen for any restaurant which is great.
