The chances of an order being completely accurate are 50:50 at best. The sandwiches often look like they were assembled by blindfolded employees. Service is slow as molasses in the winter especially in the drive through, anything over two cars and the line moves as glacial speed. Me and my family placed an online order at 10:20 for breakfast. We placed it for drive through and when we pulled up the drive through was backed up. we sat in the drive through for 10 minutes behind one car, when we finally pulled up the the speaker we told them we had codes, the time had just hit 10:30. They told us they could not give us any breakfast items because its not served past 10:30, even though we ordered it before 10:30. I haven't been in a McDonalds in almost 17 years. Ordered 2 medium fries and it was $6.57. Too high$$. The fries were hot but not fresh. There was also no salt on them. It will probably be another 17 years before I go back inside a McDonalds again. read more

Second time sitting in a crowded drive through line waiting to order breakfast and the menu changed to lunch. Both times the attendant basically said "too bad." I applied to work here and everytime I came in for training they didn't have the person they set there . the last training day I did the trainor kept telling me they didn't know what to teach me . I messaged the boss and they decided that I wasnt a good fit for their job because they can't train . I hope to see this McDonald's close down because it's absolute trash . I usually have a good food every once in a while it's not the best, but that doesn't mean it's not good. Since they've have new management, I've seen a really good improvement in the overall store. The food always seems to come out pretty quick when there is a lot of people in the drive-through line. I don't seem to have too many issues at other than the occasional, my food isn't warm, but other than that, it's a wonderful place to dine for a quick little snack. I would recommend coming here every once in a while. read more

I should have know better not to go back but I wanted to give them another shot. Ordered an ice coffee before and the woman at the window acted like she was super confused asking if I wanted powdered creamer. Yeah, that's clearly what I want in an iced coffee. Dinner tonight, a serving of cold garbage is putting it mildly. Ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and all I got was 2 soggy pieces of bread with a piece of cold chicken. No sauce, nothing. Big Mac, missing sauce too. Cold fries. Spent 25 dollars on food that was complete garbage. One drive through line was closed down and service was SUPER slow. Clearly they don't care. I put in a mobile order for 2 ice cream cones at 6:33 pm. Sat in the parking pick up spot for 20 min waiting, no one ever came out. Tried going inside, the door was locked so i called them to tell them. The worker walked out to the car and said he didn't have a pickup order on his screen, i showed him the order on my phone. He says sorry and walks inside to get our ice creams... walks back out to the car empty handed to tell us the ice cream machine was broken and he doesn't know how to use the app for us to get a refund. This is the second time try to go through the drive-through. sat in the outer drive lane waiting for someone to take our order. No one was in the inside lane when we had pulled up. Then a car pulled in to the other lane was answered before we were and We have been sitting there long before a car pulled up to the inside lane. The first time thought maybe it was just a glitch. But for this to happen again. And nobody else was in the drive-through.... Ridiculous. We just left. Not going to use this drive-through again at this location. read more

This McDonald's is not worth the visit. The majority of times we visit, they are always understaffed. We often use the drive-thru. On many occasions, they have had to close due to a manager leaving, as they were taking orders. One time, we had paid for our order, and before we got the food at the next window, we were told that they closed due to a manager leaving minutes prior. This resulted in us paying for food that we never got, nor did we get a refund. The customer service is terrible, as one employee had hurried us, and not even two minutes into deciding what we wanted, we were met with "Have you guys decided already?" in a very harsh tone. My son had wanted a double quarter pounder with ketchup and cheese only, yet when he recieved it, it was a different burger all together, complete with all of the condiments and toppings. We complained about it, but we were told that what they gave us was what we ordered, and when we showed the reciept that had the correct order, we were accused of having the wrong reciept. We have made complaints, but we are always given a half- baked apology, and a cheap compensation of a small McFlurry or a cone, which on our latest visit, they didn't even have available, as the machine had been cross contaminated, so it needed to be cleaned. We were not made aware of this until after we had paid. This is another example of the ignorance of the staff and their utter neglect towards their customers. I STRONGLY suggest that you avoid this location all together, as there is another location a few miles down the road in High Ridge. read more

My family and I went there today for dinner. Daughter son in law 2 grandchildren my mother. Play area filthy! All tables dirty smelled horrible floor disguises trash over flowing! Had to request someone to come clean. Soda fountain area trashed. Ice tea leaking all over floor and actually going thru wall into play area. Tables on the inside not cleaned trash still on them. I had ordered food on the 29th. No ketchup as I am allergic to tomatoes and a large fry along with two kids-meals. I called back when I realized that I was missing my fry and my burgers had ketchup. They said they would replace it at my earliest convenience. It was raining and around 9pm. I have two children so I was not leaving that late to get my replacement. When I came back the following night they said that I had already picked up my food. What a joke. I still have my receipt. I called corporate and asked for them to pull video footage that I did not come back in. Courtney and Victoria were very rude to me. Courtney in particular gave me a hellacious attitude and said very crude and vulgar words. I will absolutely never come back to this McDonald's and will drive the extra miles to Fenton. All McDonalds are not alike. This one is bad. They are slow in their drive-thru. The person taking money at the first window has been rude and sarcastic to me on 3 occasions, same person. Twice when I've moved up to receive my food there has been no one there-for a looong time and then they ask me what I've ordered. I told them the first time that they should know what I ordered. The woman said "well, I have no idea so what was it, if you want it. " very rude. Then when I got my order it was almost cold and just not eatable. I have learned to never go here any more. I drive past the one in High Ridge and go to the one in Murphy, they are great. They are fast, friendly and the food is prepared properly and its delivered hot. read more
