I'm self employed and trying to get my receipts with my orders with the night manager is always a problem. She seems to get very edgy when I ask for my receipt because she always has to scroll through her orders and retrieve it. Sometimes it takes 5 -10 minutes. In the past they've even told me "Sorry we can't find it". I've lost around $50 in receipts with these guys wether it's the kiosk or the drive thru. Not sure why this is such a problem. Any restaurant will usually ask "Did you want your receipt?" before finalizing the transaction. Just tonight, before I left I asked her if the receipt was in the bag and she said "Yes". Upon opening my bag at home there was no receipt. Very disappointing and unpleasant service. After tonight I will no longer be going to this location. read more

This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. 90% of the time my order is wrong, cold, or stale. When I've went in to get the right order the managers are rude about it and act like it's me that messed up. Someone's always yelling at someone in the back and the staff seem distracted. When I went in to use the washroom one day it stunk so bad like sewer it made me puke. Today I was in the drive through and sat at the window for 5 minutes thinking my food was just taking a while to prepare but then one of the staff walked up and handed us the bags.. so our food sat there and got cold and was disgusting when we got it. This was the last time we will be visiting this place. If I could give this place 0 stars I would! read more

Could be a good location but unfortunately it just isn't. Not managed well and not enough staff when they get busy in the drive thru which they prioritize over people eating in the restaurant. I've been twice, once when they were very busy and had to wait 30 minutes for my food, other time same problems with prioritizing the drive thru and was slow again . Won't be back read more

Very poorly run. The staff seem to be trying their best, but the ***hole manager is constantly screaming and yelling at everyone, leading to a chaotic, disorganized mess. I feel awful for the people who have to work here. It really makes customers feel uncomfortable when their is someone berating employees right in front of them. The food is standard McDonald's, although they have messed up my order a couple of times. I'm not surprised by this, with everyone running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Not a bad place, it's gets very busy but they seem to be well staffed. Has a play place, but it stinks like a petting zoo, not enough ventilation in that room. All the high chairs are kept in the play place, not everyone with a child wants to ear in the play place. Have to ask staff to unlock door just to get a high chair. read more
