I have eaten here before with no problem but tonight I ordered cheesy bacon fries and received, quite literally, half an order. I pulled back around and the guy at the first window told me "that is wrong, there is supposed to be more" and to pull up to the first window to get more fries. I pulled up and showed the guy at the window my half full box, and was told that "that is how they are made". I told him that's not what the guy at the first window said and he repeated that's how they're supposed to be made. I thought we could get some good old McDonalds at 4am this morning, but we were wrong. The outlet and drive thru may be open, but the lady made us wait like 10 minutes that we just gave up and drove off. Also, the drive to get into this outlet is horrendous. The bump right at the entrance is so bad that most vehicles have to drive super slow on a main road to turn in. It is definitely a hazard. I also left this feedback to McDonald's, so hopefully they will work on that 'coz there really isn't many choices when it comes to 24 hour food in Tulsa/Catoosa. read more

Heading back to Oklahoma City, my comrades and I stopped here for a quick breakfast. For a fast food restaurant near a casino, they aren't bad. For a fast food restaurant near the highway, they aren't the best. The cashier that rang me up must have been new, because she couldn't find anything on the register. I did order the egg white and white cheddar that was advertised on their menu, but I wouldn't think it would take much to reflect this on her screen. Don't expect expedient service, the communication is lacking. Instead of helping each other get orders out quickly, they each pick several and try to multi-task to get them out. My drink was the last thing on my plate, and it took a good two minutes to get there after my sandwich was placed. They have really advertised their coffee, but I don't think the $1 upcharge in my meal was worth the watered down drink I received. My sandwich was what you should expect from a McDonald's - satiated the hunger arty least for a little while. The bacon was straight out of a microwave. Surprisingly, the egg white was pretty fluffy. The hashbrown was pretty good, the ketchup that spurted out from the dispenser was very aerated, but (hopefully) harmless. Wouldn't come here everyday to put some Mickey D grease in my body, but after a night of drinking at the Hard Rock it's A-OK. read more

One star is too many. I sat in the drive through for 25 minutes before I just drove off. In the 25 minutes they moved 4 of the 8 cars. When I called the guy said " im taking orders for both lanes, and thats why its taking so long" WHAT? That mathematically suggests that the double lane is only capable of around 16 cars an hour? Or more likely the staff thinks my time and cash is worthless. 4 cars in 25 minutes is a pathetic unacceptable insult to the people waiting. read more

Today I went to McDonald's through their drivethru and ordered a large diet coke and large dr pepper as well as two biscuits. The biscuits were fine. I got up to the window where they hand you the food and they said that they ran out of diet coke and need to change it out of the machine and asked me to pull up. They had already handed my husband the dr. Pepper. They said they would bring out the diet coke shortly. Guess what happened? They brought out a drink. I was too busy to sit there and taste it and anyway she went back inside and short of pulling over and going back inside and standing in line and waiting again, there wasn't much I could do. They brought out another dr pepper. It would not have been a big deal except They asked me to wait on the diet coke. Good job mcdonalds. read more

So I generally swing by this location for breakfast before my 4:30am shift and don't have any problems. But this morning (2/15/14) was terrible. I had 2 cars in front of me and they took 7 minutes to get the car in the very front taken care of (ordered two bags of food). So I'm a little upset at this point considering I'm running late for work. Then they tell me that they only accept cash this morning which is no problem, just a little inconvenient. Once I pull up to pay, I give them cash and it takes them yet another 2 minutes to return my change. I then tell the cashier that he has now made me 10 minutes late for work, no response. As soon as I pull up to retrieve my food, the guy asked if I had paid, so I guess there is a lack of communication between the two cashiers. Not to mention the fact, the guy had a can of tobacco in his back pocket which was quite obvious, quite unprofessional as well. Once I get my food, after 12 minutes of waiting, I drive off and start eating my breakfast. They forgot the cheese on the egg mcmuffin, the salsa for the sausage burrito, the burrito was hard as a rock, and just 3 napkins. So overall, I would say this: it is not just drunk people from the Hard Rock casino next door that come through this McDonald's at 4am. Please work on your elementary management skills, as well as planning ahead for the day. Sat in the McDonald's drive thru and was asked to wait to place my order. Which was totally fine, but the next lane sent 3 cars through. I tried getting the attention of someone and she VERY rudely snapped at me that she was busy. I told her I was simply asking because the other lane was moving through multiple cars and that I did not appreciate her attitude. She told me in a ride tone that she told me to wait and that she was making food while the other guy was up front. I told her that's fine but she didn't have to give me attitude and she responded that she told me to wait. I did not order from her because of how rude she was. I have worked in customer service and drive thru and I understand it can get busy but that is no excuse for the way she talked to me. If she had simply said "I'm so sorry I will be with you as soon as I can" I would have been more understanding but the way she spoke to a customer was absolutely unacceptable. read more

Tonight I came through during the 2am rush and the line was moving at a decent rate. I placed my order and had my food in about 10 minutes. When I got home (20 minute drive) over half of my order was missing. I called twice and someone finally answered the second time. I practically had to yell into the phone for the guy to hear me and barely got out that I was missing a majority of my order before I was cut off and told they were closed for a system upgrade and there was nothing they could do for me but if I wanted to wait 45 minutes I could come back and they would replace whatever when the system came back up. Of course I wasn't coming back over there and every time I tried to ask a question or say anything, I got cut off and told they couldn't do anything. I had every intention of just calling to find out what could be done at a later time but the way the phone call was handled by this manager was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. read more

I rarely write reviews and consider myself to be a pretty reasonable person. My daughter and I were on our way back to Tulsa from Arkansas. It was about 2am when our phones went off indicating a tornado warning. My daughter has severe anxiety when it comes to weather so I pulled off quickly and we ran for the closest building. It was the McDonalds in Catoosa. The wind was blowing the rain so hard we could barely see to get to the door. We started pounding on the door and waving at the employees inside. At this point my daughter is completely beside herself, crying and shaking. A manager is ushering the employees into a bathroom to take shelter and looks over at us. He shakes his head no and keeps walking! What?!! At this point my daughter completely freaks out and we pound and scream harder all the while the tornado sirens are going off. There is no way we can make it somewhere else so we pound and scream harder! I honestly thought we were going to break the glass. They must have thought so too because they finally came and opened the door and said we aren't supposed to let anybody in! We pushed past him and headed to the bathrooms. It took my daughter almost an hour to calm down. I have been trying to let this go but I cannot. I cannot imagine taking shelter from a tornado and leaving people standing outside in it!! Who does that? I understand following store policies but common sense should be involved as well, and this manager had none!! My daughter could not even get out of bed the next day and continues to suffer from anxiety today! I am so angry about this! It is something that could have and should have been avoided. I lost my faith in humanity that night! It was unnecessary and avoidable! If you need shelter form a storm do not go to McDonalds in Catoosa! They locked the doors after us and said "Make sure no one else gets in." How sad! McDonald's has lost our business and others due to this very unfortunate incident. I give them negative 200 stars!
