Everytime I come to this location my food is always fresh. I've never had an unreasonable wait time for my food either

Staff was rather pleasant and service was fast. However they gave cold food! No one wants to come back to return and ask for fresh food all the time. Fresh food I should have gotten in the first place. read more

It's a terrible experience and I am disgusted with the service on Jan 26, late night simple order cold food. I went through the drive thru the fries were cold. 5 blocks away turned around, requested new fries, got them drove off only to have the same cold fries. So I guess that's funny. This used to be one of the better McDonald's in the area. The lines are getting longer and slower. The icing on the cake was when I ordered the new quarter pounder. This is just about the crappiest McDonald's you could go to.. I'm really not sure how it's still in business. It's ghetto and dirty and for some reason the chick in drive thru never gets your order right! No ice means no ice. Fresh fries does not equal uncooked fries. This will be my last time visiting this place and I'm sure the only reason it's still in business is because ppl in this location unfortunately cannot eat or have access to anything better. read more

It's a McDonalds. There's a drive thru. There's an indoor playground. Most of the patrons were yelling on their phones. The wifi was down and apparently had been broken for awhile. My hot chocolate from the McCafe was really good. read more

Honestly wish I could give zero stars. While ordering, three people came up and offered to sell is drugs (meth and heroin). Employees didn't care, and one even purchased from the guy!! I went thru the drive thru this morning for a sausage McMuffin with the sausage well done and a small coffee with cream and sugar on the side I asked the manager was my sausage well done because she gave it too me too quick and she says yes and I'm on my way too work and I pull off I get too well my sausage is not well done and the put the cream and sugar inside I called too complain no answer unprofessional I'm a regular customer this is not the regular crew that be there so I'm only complaining about the morning crew at 7:10 am very disappointed read more

I went to McDonald's two hours ago drive-through and order 2 6 piece nuggets and two fries on the two for three and one sweet tea 3 large sprite with light ice get to the window to pay for it and I asked the lady to repeat my order she said I did not order three large sprites you ordered two mediums we went back-and-forth for about a minute about what I ordered I told her what I ordered she said OK I pay for my food and go to the next window to pick it out the lady give me a full cup of ice for the sprites I asked her I order like ice she said we do not have light ice the machines put all the ice in so you have to get ice or no ice I tell her to give me no ice and she gave me three medium Sprite I did not want to argue with people that fixing my food because they can do anything to it go spend my money somewhere else before I do with that again read more

This is the worse Mc Donald's I've ever been to. I will no longer spend any money here. You always have to pull up and wait for your order to still be wrong! If you just so happen to get your food right away it's COLD! I tried to use a gift card and told the cashier I wanted to use the gift card and pay the rest in cash. The cashier ask how much was on the card and I tell them. The cashier gives me back no change and leaves the remaining balance on the card. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE mcdonald's and by love I mean absolutely love mcdonald's. But recently, this specific mcdonald's has been having nasty fries. There's barely any salt in them which makes them taste god awful. Don't even get me started on the Dr. Pepper drink I ordered. The Dr. Pepper didn't even taste like Dr. Pepper. It tasted like water. : I went tonight to get a late snack and there was a gentleman in front of us walking. He was walking because it was late and only the drive thru was open. He made his order and they told him he could not order because he did not have a car. So he asked me if I could order for him and he gave me his money. So I did or at least I tried to at fist I told him I wanted to make two separate orders and he said that McDonald's does not do separate orders over the drive thru . The guy ( the manger) said I could not order for the other persons order. This McDonald's manager was a total asshole. I don't know if he didn't want to take his order because he didn't have a car or if it was because he was a young African American male. I do know the mangers name is Hugo.
