Horrible, if you order mobile pick up be prepared to wait a long time before you even get your food! You'll probably even have to go inside and check in on your order, defeats the purpose of mobile ordering smh. read more

I got here a few minutes before close. They didn't speak to me on the speaker box until after they closed. And then said, "we're closed." If a customer is available and at the box waiting for service before you close, you should take their order, if the delay is on your end. Bad customer service. read more

SUPER HOT TRASH ! I waited for 35 minutes for an order of a 20 piece chicken nuggets and a number 7.. wasted like 10 dollars in gas just waiting. This isn't the first time either.. everone in town and surrounding area knows this drive-thru takes forever. Ive heard of people being in line for an hour. Ridiculous!!!!.. i only go because my son likes it. But this is why I hate McDonald's. Its not even that good..they make it seem like there the best in the fast food business..in which there not even close.. there on the bottom of the food chain.. 1 Star (would give 0 if I could) I don't even know where to start with this McDonald's, but WOW... this place is downright horrendous. I ordered fries and chicken, and both came out undercooked the fries were pale, soggy, and cold like they'd been sitting in a corner all day, and the chicken was very undercooked in the middle. Absolutely unacceptable. And don't even get me started on the workplace. The whole area behind the counter looked filthy. Trash overflowing, crumbs on the floor, employees moving around like they couldn't care less. It honestly made me question how this place is even allowed to stay open. I've never been so disgusted by a fast-food restaurant in my life. Do better. McDonald's should be embarrassed to have their name on this location. read more

Ok, I don't usually review fast food places because you pretty much know what you're going to get going in anyway. If I'm going to say something, it's usually because they were either really bad or really good (like way more or less than expected) So this McDonalds definitely went above and beyond with their service...so much so that I felt I should share it with fellow travelers. While on the highway, especially going through small blink-and-you'll-miss-it towns like Chowchilla, I would normally just skip it because they are typically filthy, and customer service is not their game. Apparently they've remodeled recently because it's MUCH nicer than the last time I stopped here (several years ago at least). It is clean through and through (even the bathrooms or nice...so it must've been a real recent remodel). But the real standout is how nice all the staff were (at least those I encountered on the floor). The lobby wasn't terribly busy, but being the dinner rush hour, the drive through line was vary long and the staff was crazy busy. Nonetheless they were very cheerful and happy to serve. The young lady who took my order and delivered my food was an especially nice conversationalist (without getting distracted from her over all work) and made sure I had everything I needed (even asking if I wanted any other sauces beside ketchup for my fries, I don't think anyone has ever asked that before). Anyways, my point is, if you're traveling the 99, and want to stop for a quick bite but worried about the little towns that you may not be so inclined to stop at, this is one you can feel safe about. On another note, there happened to be a young man who came in to turn in an application. He came in dressed nice and ready looked ready and willing to work. He was very polite (from what I saw as he interacted with the assistant manager) and I hope he gets the job. A lot of younger people now days don't seem to put that much effort into making a good impression, this kid should go far in life. read more

Every time I stop here , the wait is almost 10 minutes in the drive thru. However , it's torture waiting in drive thru in 100 plus weather . Today I waited in drive thru for about 8 min . Two cars that came after me were attended . I made sure to be heard and said hello many times after being told to wait . My receipt wasn't printed correctly so I couldn't tell them about my experience. The order was also incorrect. read more

DO NOT EAT HERE! It will make you sick. We stopped here after an appointment near by. The lobby was disgusting. Had food all over the floor, on the tables, and walls. No soda machine in lobby that I saw. It wasn't that busy, and we waited maybe 5-10 minutes for our food. The staff we encountered was very friendly. My 1 star is due to us becoming sick later that day. Stomach pain, diarrhea, lose of appetite. Also, I'm diabetic and ordered a diet soda, I got a regular soda which sucks because a place that serves food should make sure they are giving the correct items because so many people have diet restrictions. Needed a quick stop on our long car ride down south and what better way to eat breakfast on the go than at McD's! It was about 6am when we stopped in and there was no wait, yay! They have the new touchscreen menus that you can order on or you can walk up to the counter. I recommend walking up to the counter because 1. It's a lot faster and 2. It's easier. My brother in law ordered from the electronic menu and by the time he finished, my food was ready and I was half way done. Lol We ordered breakfast sandwiches and hash browns, all of which were cooked well. No complaints on the food but deduction of a star for an old, dusty dead fly we saw. It was in the bar stool area that we sat and ate out, so a bit unappetizing. The restaurant is one of the biggest I've seen and it's newly remodeled. It's much more modern in interior and very spacious. Lots of different seatings throughout the building and the bathrooms were clean. A cool place to stop for a quick break. read more

Used the app for the first time in the curbside pick up. Ordered no salt fries. After 25 minutes of waiting and watching customers come and go, I went in to check my order. Showed the manager my app and order number he said they were working on the no salt fries. Went back to car and waited another five minutes and finally the food arrived. Seems easy enough to scoop two fries before adding salt and not making a customer wait 30 minutes. Also no napkins. Why no napkins on top of it. Food should always have napkins provided. Took them over 30 minutes to get our food out. And Then gave us our food and let us take our food out the bags and proceeded to kick us out because they were closing. We wouldn't have minded leaving except he could have said something before hand. Then we open our food and they gave us old nuggets. Truly disappointing. When I went to go tell them they accidentally put cheese on one of our burgers they acted like they didn't know what to do and moved so slow. And there was no cars anywhere and the dining room was closed. After a lenghty wait (lots of people going through at that time for some reason) we got back on the road to only find out that they shorted us two Big Macs and didn't put in any dipping sauces or napkins. If you have to stop to pee in the morning- this was the cleanest McDonald's bathroom I think I've ever seen.

Service was slow. Otherwise, I have no complaints. Restroom was clean. Dining area was neat and tidy. Conveniently located off Hwy 99. Good to know they are here if I need to take a break from driving. They also had my baked apple pie ready. Always good news for me. read more

The customer service was great! But the food was horrible! I ordered the Double Quarter Pounder with cheese, and the burger taste burnt. I politely went back up to the cashier and they remade it no questions asked. But the second Burger still tasted burnt and it was horrible. It didn't taste at all like a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese it tasted more like a double burnt Quarter Pounder. I won't visit this McDonald's again. Some of the fries were hard also.
