Drive through is fast and friendly no matter what time of day I come here. Even when the drive through lines are long they are quick.

Management need to do a better job of ensuring employees are putting/not putting things on items when requested. I have had way too many problems with this place not caring about this issue. as you can see it clearly says no cheese, and there's cheese. They got the added mayo but if you can do that you can remove and item as well. read more

Management at this location needs to significantly step up their efforts to improve the quality of food being served at this location. I've gone in a few times over the years and always get the meatless items on the menu and the meat has always been added regardless. This is a health and safety risk for long term vegetarians like myself who can get substantially ill if they consume meat, especially meat as processed and greasy as the items served at McDonalds. The quality has never been great, but the continued and consistent lack of following food safety measures, while enacted by staff, shows a failure on management and training staff who really need to do better. read more

I'm never mad at McDonald's. Sometimes I just really want cheap junk food. I appreciate their business strategy. I shall always partake of the $1 menu. I came on a Sunday afternoon around 7:30 and it wasn't busy at all. There were two drive thru lanes. The lady took a good minute or two before helping me. Not sure what she was doing and I wanted to get mad but the weather was so nice that I didn't care. I will say that I wish I went to the other lane because three people passed me by and I done wasted a good five minutes of my life. Anyway, I ordered the McChicken. Always so good! Fried chicken here never fails when you want it cheap and fast. The guy who gave me my food was nice. I think he really wanted to make sure I didn't order anything else but all I got was the sandwich. How nice of him to double check though! Some folks try to stand around here to beg for money. Carmel frap made by one girl at drive thru area minutes of waiting and more minutes after she called our number and the other fudge Sunday and M&M McHURRY the hell up I'm not even a cooked item made us wait even another 5 minutes. They were working on drive thru backed up and calling out meal for inside that were not for inside. For $7 of 3 cold items was absolutely terrible and top it off with attitude, no smile, no thanks for coming at all even after I said it to be Facetious. Horrible service. I did not have a bad interaction with the employees however the manager was very rude and aggressive. When going through the drive thru I had 2 separate orders. I pulled to the window and to my knowledge I payed for both, however the second payment did not go through (due to security reasons) I pulled forward and was told that the second order was not payed for and a manager was called. The manager then came and demanded my card AND my phone. I just handed my card, to which he snatched, and walked away. I found the whole encounter to be rude and honestly disappointing. Soooo, I'm not a guy who typically cares about $1.00 but I decided to ask why my meal cost more this morning. I ordered and egg McMuffin meal with an orange juice. On the sign it was priced at $4.99. When she told me the total of $6.18 I was perplexed. So at the window I said, I'm curious, why does the sign say $4.99? She said that's because I got an orange juice. She continued to say that the meal came with coffee. So I asked, orange juice costs more than coffee? She said yes. Is it me, or is something wrong with this? Last Wednesday morning, I had an infuriating experience with an extremely rude employee in the drive thru. As I do about once a week or more, I ordered the 2 for 4 Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit without egg. Today, though, the woman taking my order rang it up as two bacon biscuits with cheese, which I appreciate is the same thing - except its about $1.65 more expensive than the current special (2 for 4). When I asked if she could ring it up the way I ordered it, she rudely told me that "we don't do things to make them cheaper" and reiterated that she was only willing to ring it up the "way she was taught." I then chose not to order anything and left the drive thru frustrated and confused. Next time, I'll just order the 2 for $4 the way it comes - but before I go I'll remove the egg myself and hand it back to them. Oh, by the way, I filled out a complaint on the McD's corporate web site. I got emails back from corporate both times but tonight I got a rude voicemail from a woman who obviously didn't read my email since she asked me to come back and show my receipt . . . Thankfully White Castle is open 24/7. read more

It's McDonald's...but the food has always been fresh, and service is good. Not sure why this location is getting so much hate, the only drawback I have experienced is that the drive thru is always packed, day and night...so prepare to wait. But it's never effected the food. i went here about a week ago and i was asked if i was using the mobile app when i pulled up to the drive thru. i said yes but they never asked for the code so i proceeded ordering. when i got to the first window i showed my code and was yelled at by the worker because apparently i should have had it ready when ordering. i did have it ready, but no one asked me what the code was. not sure how showing the code at the window makes much of a difference. i also ordered ranch and was charged for "extra ranch" but was then given 1. other than the rude workers and overcharging, this location is fine. read more
