Lady was rude, and said "the screen doesn't mean anything for time, I can't tell you how long it's going to be." After I asked what was happening after waiting for 30 minutes. They had canceled my order, did not offer refund after extended wait, were rude and talked about how this generation is lazy and they can't find workers. read more

Every time I go there, they mess up my order. I always order the same thing, most simplest thing too. I just went there and sat in the drive in for a solid 10 minutes in the rain waiting for someone to come to the speaker and they were no where close to busy. Choose a different McDonalds. read more

The last THREE times I've gone through the drive thru, I've been outright ignored. They do not close until 11pm and all three times I was there by 10:30pm. Tonight, there were four vehicles in the drive thru, including myself. Two of them got tired of waiting the nearly 10 minutes it took them to finally respond. I probably said hello at least four times AND had a vehicle that wasn't even in line when I pulled up get their order taken before me. Just pay the extra to go to Arby's, Hardee's, or Taco Bell if you're hungry after about 8pm. Getting junk food from Speedway, Love's, or Circle K is also a better option than this place. read more

I've went here multiple times, and the place has just gotten worse. It got to the point where janitors were serving the food. The floors are sticky, the service takes too long (up to 30 mins). Also, the food is sometimes either completely cold, way too crunchy, or soft. I wouldn't come here again if Delphos had more options for food. read more

Well, to start, this location had paper signs on their drive through stating to drive forward, yet it was talking to us and said someone will be right with us. The worker walked over double tapped the paper sign and said to drive forward. Like no kidding.... We replied well if someone is going to tell us to wait then what to do. She replied yeah, we need to turn it off. 20 minutes in like only 2 cars were served. first of all, the food is not to the best of their ability. I went there to get a simple sausage burrito and keep in mind, those are premade, and the burrito wasn't fully heated/cooked. not only that but they take at least 15 minutes to get me my food and/or drink. without a doubt, if you plan on stopping at this McDonald's, make sure you leave 20 minutes earlier than you were supposed to. this place shouldn't even be called fast food at this point. also, they never give me the right food. I asked for a large Carmel iced coffee and they gave me a medium, little to no ice in it when I didn't ask for that, AND before I could say something they immediately closed the door window. lastly, they do not have good attitudes. every time I go there they sound either bored, annoyed, or rude. read more

For starters me along with 3 other groups waited 40+ minutes for our food that we got to go, and as we take it to the car to eat it it's soggy and gross as if the food had been sitting there for the 40 minutes we waited. All workers were focused on the drive through that was wrapped around the building but must have forgot there were customers inside waiting. Place was filthy. Every single table and seat needed wiped off. Where were the employees? Getting orders barked at them by their manager who was apparently having a meeting with them. We were the only 2 customers at this time, however I would think the cleanliness of the store would be the most important at that moment. At least when I was a restaurant manager, that was for me... Typical McDonalds speed and service, as in not rushed and lack of attention to detail. The food here is usually hot, but it's also typically wrong. Each visit they'll forget something...wrong sandwich, no hot sauce, no napkins etc. The 3rd window and 2 parking spots they use when they can't keep up are always full. Ordering a quarter pounder will guarantee that you'll wait at the third window. I feel that it's their best sandwich, but you will wait for it. read more

My family was passing through during an 8 hour drive and were hungry so we stopped at this McDonald's. Best decision we ever made. The wait was a little long, but the food was so good, I'd wait awhile for it. We got mcchickens, nuggets, fries and a sweet tea. Everything was fresh. The mcchickens did not lack at all. Perfect amount of lettuce and mayo, and had huge, juicy chicken patties. The nuggets were so juicy and delicious as well. The fries were crispy and hot. And the sweet tea wasn't overpoweringly sweet like most other McDonald's tea. This is by far the best McDonald's we have ever been to. read more

Everything I go to Delphos McDonalds in the evening hours between 4and7 there is no manager to complain to, so you never get what you order. Wanted a shamrock shake and always told machine is broke, so don't advertise it if you can't make them. Tonight my soda wasn't good , they would fix it so I had to throw it away. Just poor service all the time in PM. I guess I'll just go somewhere else to eat, I'm done with the bad service . I'll get my shakes elsewhere where their machines work. This is worth the short hop off 30. I was heading home from Florida on a chilly rainy day and this made my day. Great cheddar burger with soup (substitute for fries with the combo) and the best root beer made in house I've had since I was a teenager!! The managers were very mean to me I did not do anything and they were swearing in front of my kids. I am a Christian, I go to church with my 5 year old and my 2 year old. I was have a very nice time that night, so my friend and I went to this "fine" establishment. When I was eating a man, who was a farmer, was walking around with his overalls at his ankles. I do not like the new hand dryers, in the restrooms, as they blow water all over your clothes and cause some spotting. Also, the service isn't as good as it use to be and the personal aren't as friendly and even ask you to leave when you're visiting and the resturant isn't full. read more
