The food and service at this location are about as good as you can get at a McDonalds. Service was very pleasant, restaurant was clean, and food was cooked properly which is rare at most other locations. Definitely will make this my main McDonalds in the future. read more

Saturday, July 23rd 2022. I love the food here. This Mr. Donald's is the double best. The Kiosk was out of paper for the receipt, but we'll give that one a pass. Good evening and Hello to my Yelp Family!!!! I thought that I had completed a review about this Mickey D's location, but I discovered that I had not, so here goes!! I visited this location yesterday, having visited this location many, many times in the past. I decided to visit today, yesterday, Saturday, January 25th, 2020 because I wanted to redeem my survey. My mom ordered her customary Filet o' Fish sandwich plain, no tartar sauce and no cheese without fries because she never finishes her fries and my brother ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and I opted for chicken fingers without fries. We all love fries, but we all discovered that fries go straight to our middles, if you know what I mean, Yelp Family!!! Anyway, we placed our order at the service counter and Tommy was our associate who took our order. I make say, Tommy was so efficient and polite and I told him I liked his style and I told him I write reviews on Yelp and Google and I was going to give him props! Tommy suggested because I wanted to use my survey receipt, Tommy suggested that we get 2 for 5$, my 10 Mcnuggets with barbecue sauce and 1 quarter pounder with cheese as our 2 for $5.00 and then we could use the survey receipt which was buy one, get one free any large sandwich and I said excellent since I had not thought of that option. The filet o' fish and the quarter pounder were the two sandwiches that went with the survey option. Anyway our total was $9.32 and I am enclosing our receipt. Alas, Tommy specifically placed in our order the fish sandwich, no tartar sauce and no cheese. We proceeded to obtain the usual napkins and straws for our order. We went to the car and we gave Mom her sandwich and when she bit into it, I saw white sauce - tartar. I immediately took it back into Micky D's, explained to another associate the mistake and it was immediately corrected with a plain fish sandwich. I explained the mistake to Tommy because Tommy was assisting another customer at the same time I was explaining the mistake to another associate. Tommy said he put the order in just like I said and I told him I know you did because he repeated it several times and he explained that sometimes in the back when they are preparing orders, mistakes can be made. I said it was okay, that everyone makes mistakes, including me, Yelp Family and as long as I received another fish sandwich plain, everything was fine! I would have given this review a 5, but because of the mistake I am rating this review a 4. However Tommy gets a 5 STARS!!!!! WAY TO GO TOMMY!!! We will return to this location in the future. I don't usually go in so this review is all about the drive through. The food is good, the people are polite- it's McDonalds- all about the same. BUT...the drive through seems to take SO MUCH LONGER than most other locations. I can't figure it out- the line is often two or three deep BEFORE the menu. Maybe it's the time of day I come- usually between 9 and 10 and it's everyone's break time after the breakfast rush...but it's quiet a wait! read more

Being in food service management myself, I am always impressed with the staff here. All of the employees are polite and well-trained. The drive-thru moves quickly and my order has never been incorrect. Even before renovations it was always cleaner than other McDonald's locations. Management here should be commended along with their staff. read more

just wish you would do something about the music........I go in early & it's enough to give you a headache! (it's so loud you can't hear yourself think)......it's strictly teeny bopper music & it plays too long.......there are hardly any young people inside in the morning except the employees, they're all at the Drive-Thru....I know it's all piped in music, it would be greatly appreciated if you can do something softer & maybe instrumental like soft jazz....you should checkout the Chick Filet restaurants.....I think they have the best music around! I drive through here every morning and every morning the line is 5 to 6 cars long while Julie performs her morning talk show routine "Hi my name is Julie and I'll be taking your order this morning what can I get you?" You can get me a new drive thru attendant cause I don't care who you are I just want my food so I can get to work on time!! She then takes your order and reads the items back to you , gives you the grand total, "Is that correct?" and asks you to "please drive around to the first window." When you get there she continues taking orders while you wait for her to take your money. She cannot obviously chew gum and walk at the same time. She then thanks you for coming in and wishes you a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Lovely Wednesday, Thirsty Thursday- whatever before hoping you come again.
