Can I give a zero? We arrived in drive thru at 10:15 pm. We tried to order to be told exactly the very few items they had available: 1 McChicken, 1 spicy Chicken, 5 McDoubles, or 1 cheeseburger-- NOT what we wanted, but trying to be cooperative, we modified our sandwich order, added a fry, and asked for a chocolate shake-- NO GO! The shake machine was down. My husband was beginning to get quite annoyed at this point. How about a Dr. Pepper? NOPE-- out of that too. He cancelled the entire order and left the drive thru. We watched the truck in front of us wait another 15 minutes before he was served. We also saw 2 or three other cars just leave drive thru like we did. That was by 10;45 when they still hadn't closed... so answer me this, if they were open for another 45 minutes or hour and 45 minutes according to their website, why were they shutting everything down, not making fresh food, and blowing off customers? read more

If you are craving a McGriddle, go ahead and keep driving to a different Mcdonalds, even if the next one is another 4 hours away and you might not get the McGriddle. These people don't greet you when you walk in they just stare. Our hash browns weren't cooked fully along with the bacon on the McGriddles as well. Not to mention the McGriddle buns had ZERO SYRUP. On Aug. 16, 2023 at 5:20pm, order # 265. I was told the girl who waited on me was Linda with long braids down her back. I told her where I would be seated and she brought the serving tray with the fries and sandwich but no shake. When I asked her about it she told me she was going to get it. I waited, and waited, and waited. I looked toward and she was avoiding eye contact. Finally, I got up and went to the counter and asked another employee to get her attention. I asked if the shake sitting there was mine and she said yes. It had been there for a while with other customers standing over it. She appeared to have some issue with me which was certainly not provoked. She needs customer service training. read more

We were the only people in the store, ignored for like 10 minutes waiting for them to take our order...when they finally got to us took them at least 5-6 minutes to order two coffees and two pies, and as the girl was taking our order she pulled out her phone. Maybe it was an emergency, but girl just let us know what's going on! Waited for a total so we could pay but girl just stayed quiet staring at the register. After another minute or two finally had us pay. Also, in case u weren't sure, it took them forever to give us our food too. Some of them honestly just stood around chatting with each other. The food there is great so there was no problem with that. In fact I devoured all my food and had a stomach ache because of the rate I ate at. Though the one problem I had was the serving rate. There was also some argument in the lobby with a disgruntled employee which I am sure didn't help. It happens I guess but not very professional. on Our way to Florida to start our vacation and stopped in McDonald's for a quick lunch. Placed our order for Big Mac, fish sandwich, 2 orders of fries, and 2 diet Coke's. We paid and walked over to the area to pick up our order and within seconds we're told here's your order. I looked in one bag and saw a bunch of fries and asked if this was our order twice and was told yes, my husband asked is this order #248 (not sure of the number now) and was told yes. We were not allowed to eat in the dining area so we took our food and left. When we opened the bag there was 3 hamburgers, a chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, double cheeseburger, a bunch of fries and 2 drinks that we have no idea of the kind but was not Diet Coke. Maybe we should have turned around and returned it but I personally would not eat something that was returned like that. I will never stop at McDonald's in Dumas again. read more
