Artificial flowers in small glass vases add charm. 3 touchscreen kiosks in lobby, 2 accept cash, or MyMcDonald's Rewards points. Enter your dine-in customer number into kiosk order, then take your number to an open seat. Staff will deliver your meal to you. There are charger ports near most of the seats. As well as be rude when I asked for their names and responded with "what's your name," which was very unprofessional and rude. The manager finally gave me a water cup, but after much haggling and difficulty. Really unnecessary to antagonize customers when a customer pays for a service and the service workers are not held accountable because they can't give out their name and have no name tag for identification. I joined yelp just to leave this review. My son is getting braces put on and this was his last meal request before we went in for his appointment. Our experience reminded me of the scene in Lethal Weapon "they always screw you at the drive thru". My son ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese. He took one small bite then he proceeds to move the brown parchment paper and discovers to my horror that an employee took a bite out of his hamburger. I was livid and disgusted that my child was a victim of this. So mad. Please avoid this Mcdonalds until they get their act together. I went back after my sons braces was put on and showed them his already bitten hamburger. The supervisor for that location got a call from me with my complaint and photos of the meal served. Went Thursday to get my son some Pokémon cards. They wouldn't sell the toys separately, so I bought 10 happy meals. One rather lost employee was asked to provide a straw and some salt (both not stocked) for a customer. While he was trying to help the customer the "manager" pulled him from the counter and sent him to the back - all without a word to the customer at the counter who asked for the straw. This location has such poor service. The employees are difficult to communicate with. Today, I placed my order and when I went to pay, I was advised card machine was down and needed to pay cash. This is one of the worst managed and run McDonalds that I've ever seen. Their shake machine is always broken, their fries are over-cooked, and they never have even the most basic items prepared so we always end up sitting in the drive-through reserved spots. You'll notice those spots are never empty. I even once was left waiting for my food for almost 15 minutes. Plus, they bag the items they do have while they prepare the others so half the food is cold when we get it. It's inexcusable and definitely NOT "fast" food. And several of the teenagers working there are rude. If it weren't next to the kroger where I shop (such that my kids start begging for McDonalds) and if there were any other McDonalds nearby, I would NEVER come here! read more
