Asked for a cone and got so little ice cream, i asked for a cup after cause the ice cream was melted and the whole cone didnt even fill half the sunday cup.. asked if i could get a little more ice cream in the cup and they refused saying i ordered a cup and thats what i get, and then talked about me with the coworkers for 5 minutes, i used to work at this exact mcdonalds for 3 months so its very dissapointing to be treated this way. read more

Worst. McDonalds. Ever. I have never been so disgusted by a restaurant in my life. I would not even order. I walked out and ate somewhere else. Staff were an apathetic group of teenagers. We came in Wed night. We were greeted by a very nice Frenchman named Josh. He was great! He deserves a raise! He brought us our food after we ordered and did not complain or have a bad attitude at all. That's why this restaurant gets 3 stars. Today was a different story with the Oriental lady in the drive thru, Busy or not customers should not be talked to in a rude way or rushed off. The order was placed and repeated back correctly and when we got the food, the sandwich was MADE wrong! This is why people sit in the drive thru and check the bags. Take a lesson from Josh, be kind, patient and have great customer service skills!! read more
