This place is a hit or miss. Mostly a miss. I guess depending on the staff and what time of day you visit, they actually get your order fully correct. But again, it is MOSTLY A MISS!! Today's visit! Crap! Drive-thru services. They made me pull forward to the second window to wait on our food. Cool. Thinking our food would be fresh, made correctly and everything ordered, inside the bag. We get our food. I check for all our items. Everything is there. Good! We pull into the Walmart parking stall and start eating... McDoubles, add shredded lettuce and Mac sauce. Nothing. Just plain McDoubles. Not even pickles?! Maybe next time I'll just hold up the rest of the customers, walk inside and demand they fix my order?! My fault for not opening my food at the window...seems like this is what you'll need to be doing for future orders, smh! It's hot. I'm tired. Traffic everywhere. Oh well. We eat. FOOD IS STALE!!! Holy smokes!!! I am eating their stale food as I write this review on them. It wasn't even busy!! Why would they make me wait, for stale food? Fries are soggy and old looking...hamburger meat looks like it's been sitting in their tray since this morning or even last night?! Crazy! I don't think the management at this location really cares about their reputation. Looking at all these reviews, nothings changed. It's too bad because this is the only location in the area. That's the only advantage they have. Not everyone wants to drive to the next city to eat a McDouble. Might have to next time though. Oh how the mighty have fallen. How much lower can you go. First, zero, I mean zero customer service. Now that they have kiosks, they is absolutely no human interaction. Food was lackluster, Big Mac was thrown together, burger fallen out, bun smashed, condiments all over the box and virtually none on the bun. Horribly disappointed in McDonalds with the Huntrix promo. They are continuing to advertise the promo, but nothing is in stock. Asked the non-communicative employee who just shrugged and said they have been out for weeks. I ordered a large sweet tea with a large fry no salt (as salt makes me ill). My tea was good as expected. My fries on the other hand were too salty, so I had to use a napkin and attempt to brush off as much as possible, but it got worse. About 8 fries in they started to taste heavy of perfume. I dumped half the fries out and tried two more towards the bottom of the box and the perfume taste was even worse. The service. Well I ordered my food with no problem, but as my significant other went to order who was standing next to me ready with his rewards code and ready to order we were rudely interrupted. Another customer jumped right up in front of us and started ordering and the employee (I'm assuming he was the manager as the whole time he was trying to help the other associates fix the cashier drawer) says nothing and continues to take the guys order. We were pretty close to the counter so this other customer should not have jumped in front of us causing us to have to back up so he didn't step on my feet. As we were trying to create some space, an employee heading back to the kitchen from the diner pushes right through the middle of us as if she were getting back late. She had plenty of space to just walk around the back side of us so that was rude. While we stood there waiting for our orders a completely different employee young female had the nastiest attitude as she was handing customers food out. I'm not impressed with this location. They need to work on workplace attitudes. If they have employees wearing perfumes and colognes they need to know that it transferred to a customer's food and they need to tone it back A LOT! read more

I was extremely disappointed. I ordered two small hot chocolates for my children. And asked if there was a possibility to add some milk to cool it down for my kiddos. The cashier was so rude saying they don't do that there. When I explained to her that they have done it in the past, she just said uh, okay. I have been here a handful of times and surprisingly it was okay this particular time, Previously I have come to this particular McDonald's I have had old rotten soggy lettuce and Hard cold fry's. The saving Grace with the two star is there Coke combos well with the French fries it does hit the spot. But for the price and quality of food. Drive thru, despite being two lanes, was slammed as usual. The drive up layout could be improved for future locations so that there aren't two different ways to drive up to the drive thru entrance because merging seems to make people angsty, like getting onto a freeway on-ramp. The employees here are efficient though and despite the number of cars, we were able to order, pay, and receive our food within a quarter hour. Haven't eaten McNuggets in over a decade and they were better than I remembered! My husband liked the Buffalo sauce and buttermilk ranch sauce and despite the corn syrup the ketchup was okay too. The layout for payment and pickup was clearly labeled and the main traffic congestion is just getting into the line. Once you've ordered it goes pretty quickly so props to the team here! It's good to see McDonald's using cardboard that looks either recycled or recyclable as opposed to the older weird shiny packaging they used to use. Our food was the right temperature and crispy! There was a slightly weird aftertaste -- not sure whether this was from the frying oil or something in the sauce. Overall we would come again when we're running errands in the area. FYI as of November 2021 the lobby is closed and it's drive thru only so hop right into the drive thru queue instead of parking. read more

This McDonald's always has the WORST food of all locations. I normally drive an extra seven minutes to get to the next closest one, but due to construction it was too hard to get there tonight. So unfortunately, I was left with this location. See the picture attached. This is why the fries are always gross. They make so many at one time and they just sit there dying. Even if I ask for fresh food, I still get food that's half assed and gross. I can't even go through the drive-thru because it's even worse. If you do at least come inside you get somewhat decent food. I've lived next to this location for 6 1/2 years and it's never gotten better. When you ask to speak to a manager about the food, they just say well what do you want me to do? Service is fast at this location. I received my order within minutes of parking at the curbside spot. My order was accurate, minus the ketchup. The temperature and portions were adequate. The employee brought the food in bags on a tray and it was hard for me to reach them from my seat. After a morning of hiking it's time to stop somewhere and grab something to eat in an area that I don't ever go to. Of course when you see the golden arches it's know what to expect so we pulled in the drive-thru since you can't go in. This is the first drive-thru where the person taking the orders didn't sound like they were put out and was actually very kind and professional. When we got to the window he took our payment with a smile and was genuinely seemingly glad to help us. I think this young man deserves "employee of the month" the food...not so much. read more

I come here often, knowing it's bad. I usually just grab a single cheese burger, because it lowers the chance of fuck ups. Will probably keep coming, but you should know what you're in for. They consistently screw up orders (missing items, get something different, etc.), and even when the order is right, there's 50% chance of something wrong with the food. Just today, I ordered a McRib because it was available here by some miracle. Lo and behold, it didn't have any sauce on it. You may think, "how the hell does that happen?", but that's the norm here. At this point it's my fault for ordering something other than my usual cheese burger. Wrong orders or food made wrong happens a lot, so I wouldn't recommend coming here to make a large order. This place always provided good customer service until recently. There are people that don't speak good english who work here and this morning they were ignoring us standing right in front of them. Food is great weekday mornings and for an early lunch. Weeknights or weekends? Don't bother. Tables are never wiped. Fries are usually soggy. And you know the kiosks you can order from? At this location it guarantees that your food will be cold. Why? Because they won't bring it out even though that's what the table indicators are for AND they will leave your order for dead last. On top of that they will never call out your order number when it is ready, not that it matters much since it also never gives you a receipt with your order number.
