Unlike other Jersey Mike workers, I don't think he was trained. Unfortunately he did not clean the table and he placed my meat 1/2 on the clean paper and 1/2 off. The thing that I found odd was when they freshly cut meats, they use sandwich hands with crumbs on them. I was desperate and hoped for the best but was glutened and go really sick. There was a lady working (Ashley maybe???) who had a child with allergies and she took over and was helpful. I was super apologetic at this time. She did everything she could to make the toppings and chopping portion safe. I wish I started with her! All in all, my allergies aren't against them but the food was delicious. The salad was fabulous! Fresh ingredients and great portion. I'm not sure if I'd come to this location again but if you don't have allergies, this is a great pit stop!

One came out 30 mins after we were there, after the busy orders. Seemed like the staff were miserable working, not a pleasant greeting by her. The sitting area was dirty and you could see that on the flour and tables. The staff were not wiping down the tables after people ate at them, nor were they picking up the food on the floor. I ordered a tuna sandwich on Italian. The tuna was fishy tasting and terrible. I ended up removing it from the sandwich and just eating the bread and lettuce. It was an expensive 6-inch with soda for $8. I would have been happier with a meal next door at Cumberland farms. Regular cleanliness isn't priority here. Miserable staff don't belong facing the customer. Perhaps the owner will care enough to improve their business.

When we were outside waiting to get in, they were sitting at a table doing nothing and someone, possibly one of the managers was standing outside smoking and on his phone instead of doing his job. We have never seen a low standard of service like this before. Never again. The only good thing I can say is we are probably lucky we didn't eat there; we may have got food poisoning. I guess I yelled loud enough because I eventually got my order (without the dipping sauces). Someone should train the employees on how to handle a screw up. A simple, "I'm sorry we messed up.
