I saw a McDonald's and a Tim Horton's across the street from each other. The former was so packed that I didn't see a free parking spot anywhere. The Timmy's had more parking, so I went in there. The women's washroom has two stalls. There were five of is waiting in line. If you need to use it, plan for some bladder wait time. You'll need it. The hand dryer was out of commission. I left the washroom with soggy hands. I went to the counter, got some napkins, and dried my hands off. After my bladder had thanked me, I decided to get a snack. I'm not a huge donut person, as I overdosed on them when I did rotating shift work years ago. I do crave a honey crueller now and again. The woman helping me out was friendly. I used my app to collect a reward point. So I thought. Instead, the woman said that I had a reward and gave me my snack for free. What?! I have only used this app twice! Well, it turns out that you get a free reward on your birthday. Ah, how nice! I thanked her and walked out happy. I ate the cruller as I continued my drive home. It was light and fluffy, and not terribly sweet. It was great. There was an eclectic mix of vehicles in the parking lot, from small vehicles and minivans, to a tractor and a group of motorcycles. Yes, there is plenty of parking here! The parking lot flow is odd. It's supposed to be one-way traffic in and out, as noted by the arrows on the ground. No one followed the arrows. Nice! (219)

Service was beautiful! Walked in before closing and found the barista mopping the floors. I had flashbacks of my own at the time I was a barista mopping floors and I recall the disdain I had for customers walking in afterwards, yet there was no look of anger at all for having just walked in. She was totally pleasent and helpful in a beautifully fantastic way! Greeted me with a smile and offered me her recommendation. A coconut americano. It was delicious! Sweetened with coconut syrup and containing Oatmilk as my milk of choice, I really did crave more and am looking forward to when I will return.

Although I do have to say that ever since the chain was taken over yet again, they have been toying with different food options, and I just don't like it! Now the other thing I've grown to not like so much is that even my beloved Tim Horton's dark roast is not consistently the same, and the base root of the problem is the quality of the water. Potable water is not necessarily tasty water. And this is the rub: This outlet does not have the best water. I wish this chain would do what the competition does, and pipe in reverse osmosis water... Consistent water = consistent coffee. Meanwhile, we will continue to drop in occasionally. And as an addendum, I have to add that I love the newly painted water hydrants in the neighbourhood!
