Long lines, beeping machines, a huge mess- this is what I was greeted with as I walked in the store at the peak of dinner hour. Many employees working, but no one was killing themselves to provide any type of customer service. The manager (or at least I think that was her role) took an order outside to a car and came back in and said out loud as she walked back behind the counter, "I may have to pepper spray a few people yet today." Classy chick. They had a big order for half gallons of tea. So when the urn by the drive thru was empty, the "manager" pulled the one from the lobby area. Too bad, too sad if anyone one wanted tea there! The ice cream machine was dying. (ShockeThe milkshake side of it was dripping so bad that there was milk all down the front of the machine and on the floor. Of course, there was no attempt to clean it by anyone. This place is a mess don't waste your time or money. It needs to be imploded and they need to try again! read more

So slow. Takes 10-12 minutes to even pay for your food. Then they always always make you pull to the side to wait even longer.

Ordered ahead on the app to "save" time. Sat in the drive thru for at least 15min to drive to the window & be advised to park in curbside pickup along with at least 3 other cars. This is ludicrous read more

If I could give no stars I would. Worst location I've ever been to. Waited about 30 minutes for my food after I pulled to line and had to go inside and get it. Then my food was cold and disgusting to spend almost 20 dollars and wait forever then get bad quality food and hardly no fries in the container is very disappointing. I ended up throwing it in trash anyway, but it's the principle. I get it gets busy but let people know upfront if they can't handle taking the order I request. Very dissatisfied customer here and will not be back at this location. Tried to send a complaint to corporate to try get my money back, but even that was down. So McDonalds figure out what you are doing. read more

A HIGHLY INCOMPETENT restaurant! Hardly ever gets an order correct. Today we stopped in for 1 filet o fish meal and a 1/4 pounder. I don't get upset easily when visiting different places other than Charlotte but the customer service here was ridiculous. Handing out our drinks, we notice the syrup of the window machine is running low and the coke we were handed was very caramel colored and tasted like pure tart water. The girl with this massive hicky on her neck that is running the window asks what's wrong with it like she doesn't see the light color of the drink. Rolls her eyes, gives us a new one and tells us to pull up. Doesn't wait for us to check the drink again. And just keeps telling us to pull up while we hand her our drinks asking for new ones that aren't pure soda water. THEN Whoever came to the window to help her and said that "we don't change syrup" is fucking retarded. EVERYONE in this car worked the same job and knows how to change the soda. We aren't stupid. But while we were waiting for our food by the door, my sister ended up walking inside because NO ONE was helping us. The hicky girl from the window brought us our food, shoved it in our mothers face and stomped off into the building. TERRIBLE service. If you don't like your job, don't work there. read more

This is a terrible store to visit. I worked there for over a year and they proceeded to tell me I should be on disability because i am diagnosed with an incompromised immune system. The supervisor and general manager are not approachable nor friendly to their employees. The supervisor belittles his employees to the point of leaving the job and has no sense of empathy for anyone at the store. Their machines are absolutely disgusting and filled with gunk that nobody cleans. Their grill equipment does not cook the burgers fully so your food is most likely raw. They leave 3 employees to close 5 days a week and expect them to be energized for their next shift. This is a terrible place that has hurt me emotionally and physically. Very quick and good service. They were out of medium and large cups so they gave us two smalls for every large drink we had, which I thought was very kind of them. They forgot to give us straws but overall was impressed at the experience for it being a McDonald's. read more

The food was ok. The service sucked donkey dick. These fast food workers want to get paid so good, I think they should get paid based off how many times the fuck up in a day. Poor management, customers always come first and refusing to serve someone is unacceptable.

Poor service and bad management make this location one you may want to avoid. Even for a McDonalds, the food is subpar. Fries are almost always cold and they'll get huffy if you say anything. I had one even argue that it had just come out of the fryer when they were room temperature and chewy when they were served. read more

If I could rate this location a ZERO stars I would. This is my local MCDonald's and it is the worst MCDonald's I have ever been to. I just came through the drive-thru and ordered a large fry and a coke. They gave me a cold fry, I mean cold like it had been sitting without lights for hours. I went back to the McDonald's and explained my fry was cold and I wanted a new one. The customer next to me said she was has been waiting 18 minutes and they had not started her food. The manager "VIcki" should NOT be a manager as she does not know what customer service means. She did not speak to either me or the other lady waiting for her food that had issues, Vicki customers who are upset, NEED TO SPEAK TO the MANAGER! Instead, she went back to get food. The second Fry they gave me was cold as well, seriously I just complained and you give me another cold fry. I called and the phone is really bad with static and a person has a hard time hearing. I advised her I wanted General Manager and the owner to reach out to me, as this is a continuous problem at this location. Vicki hung up on me again. I called back and she said I can give you a free fry - News flash it's is not free when I have already paid for it. I said I want to speak with the owner or General Manager, I asked when they would be in and she hung up on me again. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I called back and a man answered who said he was the manager but he was not because VIcki had already advised me that she was. Really do you think the PUBLIC IS CLUELESS!!! I would love to say this is a one-off but I have to say it's EVERY TIME! The joke is on you Vickie, your actions created a formal complaint with McDonald's Corporate and to the BBB! Lunch...... Ordered Big Mac meal and apple pie. Got my drink cup and order was ready by the time I put the lid on. Tried to get ketchup and both dispensers were empty. I got packets from server and told them but no one acted on it before I left. The bun was hard around the edges and very dry. The cheese was not melted. But it was put together well, not mashed like some McD's do. The fries were cold. The apple pie was good. If I had time to stand in line again I would have asked for another meal. This is not usual for this McD's so I'll try again sometime. Restaurant was clean read more
