The second employee had us pull forward to the "corner" of the store which is where my husband stopped. The third employee scolded him when she brought the food out. Went here about 2 weeks ago and placed an mobile order and when I got to work 20 miles away my order was wrong. Called business and no one answered, so I called headquarters and reported the incident and they stated someone from the business would get back to me. I have yet to receive a call back from them and I have an egg allergy, had I taken a bite while driving i could have been in a serious accident on the interstate. Ice cream machine was down on first visit and the drive thru employee rushed us to order something else with an attitude. On our second visit (December 6th at around 0130), we waited in the right drive thru lane while 3-4 cars in the left lane were helped. We assumed the speaker was broken, so we pulled forward. I started to let the cashier know it might be broken, and she interrupted me and said we need to be patient, she's taking both lanes, and she'll get to us. I apologized, but explained we thought the speaker was broken due to several cars having their orders taken before us and still not hearing anything. I asked if we could order with her, she sighed and with an attitude she said "well you're not supposed to but what can I get you?" The burger we received wasn't assembled properly and wasn't fully intact. Never seen a fast food place tolerate such bad service. I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting a McDonald's managed by Dora, and I must say, her behavior was incredibly disappointing. I usually don't leave these reviews but this was an experience I could not let go without saying something. It's alarming to witness a manager who screams at her employees in front of customers.; she did this in front of an apparent other manager Tammy. This type of management creates a hostile environment that not only demoralizes the staff but also makes customers uncomfortable. During my visit, I observed Dora raising her voice at one of her staff. It was clear that she was trying to instill fear rather than motivation. The girl was very young. I felt horrible. Additionally, other employees seemed anxious but seemed to be used to this manager and her volatile behavior. Additionally, I watched after the girl left. Dora's and her attitude toward customers was equally concerning. She was dismissive and unfriendly. She seemed to have little patience and definitely needs help with her poor communication skills. I don't know how someone like this can be a manager and who the heck hired her to lead a team. It's crucial for managers to lead by example and create a positive atmosphere for both staff and patrons, and Dora is not exemplary of this. I hope that McDonald's management will do something about this manager and her behavior and make necessary changes to improve the work culture and customer service. As a person in Executive leadership I am appalled that someone like this can be given this much power. Please do something about this. 22 minutes to get a McGriddle meal. There were 3 customers inside. Not 30. There's no way a simple combo meal should almost take a 1/2 hour. Ordered a caramel macchiato. After I paid for it separately, I was informed they didn't have any machiattos. I was offered an iced coffee instead. I agreed. Got my coffee, left, got in the car... then it occurred to me, 'is there a price difference'? I go back inside and no one remembers me now... Are kidding me, I was here A MINUTE AGO!!! While sitting in the dining area near the children's play place the manager (plus size black girl who had her hair in a high bun) decided it was a great idea to not only smoke but scream while cussing out someone on the phone directly outside the glass door. She was so loud that everyone in the play area got silent and many removed their children. And it didn't stop there, it continued her antics behind the counter DIRECTLY in front of paying customers. Overall, it was very ghetto and unprofessional. Regardless of the situation it's not acceptable to act that way in front of children AND at your place of work. McDonald's, do better. I don't even know where to start, this was literally the worst experience of my life. I placed a mobile order before pulling up and my boyfriend ordered at the window. Somehow he got his food within 10 minutes. Mine, took all of 55 minutes. They tried offering me the wrong food and even let me know that they walked past my boyfriend waiting inside for over half an hour. Unbelievable, they literally gave my food to someone else and lost my order. Probably asked me what i ordered over 5 times, ridiculous. Service was terrible and they practically ignored. NEED to get rid of new male hire and female manager, the guy would ignore us then make side comments like "damn that's a lot of food", even called another women a "b*tch"!!! Could you imagine ruining multiple orders and then proceeding to cuss out customers, or possibly being the manager tailing him the whole time allowing this and not once stepping in to help situations. I was literally told to order two twenty pieces instead of a forty piece because "the lady in the back is slow"... i don't even need to dive into why or how that doesn't make sense. To add salt to the wound they gave us an "extra fry" for the inconvenience couldn't even be bothered to fill it half way. It's because they dumped half of my boyfriends original large fry into the medium fry. Disappointing honestly, i work in food and this is such a shame. I know it's mcdonald's but the bare minimum expectations here is at least a shorter wait and warm cheaper food. So much happened i could go on for days. Two stars for getting one part of my order right- a hamburger. Its 230am and not a single car or group around to get an order wrong in any way. Simply listen to the order esp when its given face to face at the window. This McDonald's location just isn't good. Every time I go here I get attitude from the workers, my fries were old (during a rush) and the way the restaurant is set up itself is just bad. The drive through is very tight to drive around and makes getting into the restaurant a hassle in itself. If you really needed McDonald's and this was the closest you're better off going somewhere else. Update April 2021: Had my worst McDonald's experience ever here at this location. In summary, we stopped by to sample the spicy chicken nuggets and the visit went downhill from there. They let me place the order and pay, then when the order was prepared they informed me the spicy nuggets were not available. As that was the whole point of our visit, I indicated I did not want regular nuggets instead but I would take the rest of my order with a refund for the missing item. Ten to fifteen minutes later, the managers finally came back to the front and argued with each other about who was doing what or taking too long on break. The woman who was supposed to give me the refund went back to talking on her phone. After a while the head manager again told her to get back to work, so she went in the back doing something with the fry machine instead and muttering backtalk under her breath. Finally the head manager attempted to assist me, but as the other cashier had already wiped the order out of the system he couldn't figure out how much to refund. By this point I had already asked for a refund on the whole order, and offered to do the math for him on my phone. After giving him the total, I got cash back and finally went on my way. To be fair, I believe the manager did want to do the right thing in the end. But he was severely handicapped by corporate systems and the workers he had to deal with. McDonald's needs to do better than this though, but probably too large to notice or care. I call this the Magic McDonald's because every time I come here the service has been ridiculously fast while still being fresh and hot. First time, ordered breakfast and it was already out (very hot) while I was still paying. Top marks for cleanliness too, someone seems to be continuously cleaning tables and floors as people come and go. The new self-ordering kiosks are annoying and slower than just ordering from a person, but once you order the food is still done quickly. read more

Pretty much all the complaints people have here are still true. There are long waits to get food, even when they don't look particularly busy. I ran into a clerk who could not count the change I gave her, keyed in the wrong amount, and then argued with me about what I had given her. It was only a few cents, and now I know not to eat there. As for the food, eh, it's a McDonald's, you know what you're getting. If I wanted better food, Steak and Shake is across the street. That said, they must be pleasing someone, as I had to wait until the drive-thru line eased up in order to be able to pull out of the parking space. I do wonder why they didn't realize when building this store that any kind of delay in the drive-thru line would block in cars parked. I'd recommend going someplace else. I don't think management here really cares what their customers think, and it would be a kindness just to let them go out of business and be replaced. read more

Both times I've visited this restaurant the drive thru line have been EXTREMELY slow & long. I have no idea what they are doing in there or why it takes so long to slop burgers together, but something going on. Or not for that fact. Average wait time is 15-20 minutes or longer. If you go to this restaurant, check all your paid of and ordered items! Making sure they add items that you paid for isn't a priority there (that's the same for wait times). My daughter's happy meal toy was missing therefore it wasn't much of a "happy meal" for anyone. It's called "FAST FOOD" for a reason! I'd give a 1/4 star if I could. read more

When asked, "is all the items in the bag?", meaning are there any more bags, the associate said rudely, "I don't know, check it !!!".
