Food was very good and hot. Service was fast and the restaurant was clean. One of the managers needs to take a class in how to talk to employees. Especially when customers are there. She was rude and condescending towards everyone she spoke to. The other managers should have stopped this. I felt really bad for the employees that work for her. Well, here it is year later and I decided I would give this McD another go. Bad decision. Bad Bad Bad decision. The mcnuggets were again old cold barely edible and I mean barely. I had to cover them in bbq sauce to make them even close to being edible. The fries were again cold and limp. I feel downright sorry for the potatoes who were sacrificed for this disgusting bunch of a soggy mess. Even the coke wasn't good. Tasted watered down. When we got to the pickup window we were asked to pull forward. Yay ! I was thinking. We're gonna get some hot and fresh food from McDonald's!! Wishful thinking on my part. The food wasn't very good as I soon learned. I was impressed with all three employees we interacted with. They were very nice and polite. Now if they would learn to serve some good food. I travel the entire country for work, and this location in my hometown is by far the worst one I have ever been to. It took an hour and a half to pick up my mobile order today. This is not a new issue, but it is the worst it has been. There is never anyone at the counter and the employees will lock eyes with you and just flat ignore you. If you do manage to say something to one as they're passing by, they are rude and do not ask what you need. When we finally did get our food, as usual it was lukewarm and completely wrong. If you can't afford to hire employees to man the front counter, then you don't need to be in business. I will never again eat McDonald's in my own hometown. read more

Every time I go to this location, something is missing. You may as well ask them what they want to fix you to eat. They seem highly upset you picked this establishment as a place you'd want to eat. Everyone like McDonald's and I must say I like them too. I tried to get something to eat yesterday but was letting people in the lobby due to the pandemic. Made an online order and waited in the curbside parking spot and I got brought out the wrong food. So I went inside with the bag and tried to explain what was wrong but the manager wouldn't allow me to speak. She asked me "what was your curbside number" I said "1" and she was said "where did you check in at?" And I said "spot one" and she said "NO WHAT STORE did you check in at?" I said "this one." And then she says "well what did you order?" And I while I'm trying to pull it up another employee comes from the back with a new bag saying "this is her order" I go to reach for the bag and the manager SNATCHES THE BAG BACK. Glances one time inside, didn't even read the names sandwiches, and then pushes the food to me. This McDonald's needs some new management. Honestly, kind of rude. I understand the pay and that it's fast food but they made my boyfriend very uncomfortable this evening. He went through on a motorcycle and in the short span it took multiple people tried to buy his bike, told him to lift his shield so they could see him after he had put it down because of the rude and intrusive questioning. Just learn to treat people normally! McDonald's Moultrie, Georgia Yes, I was aggravated when I received my order tonight, and had to go back to my local McDonald's. I ordered a McDouble with no bun and stated it clearly even at the window several times. At home I opened a bun with just cheese no meat at all. I took my receipt inside and spoke with an employee named Adrianna Technique. I am guessing at the spelling and pronunciation. I explained that I had to inconveniently return and come inside and the least they could do is make it correctly and possibly make another fresh one as well for customer service. Immediately, the employee verbally attacked me wailing her arms and screaming they do not give free food. I too became upset and raised my voice almost to her level I admit. However, I only asked for her name. She called out a name I couldn't pronounce and refused to give any spelling. She stated I could call the owner and I replied that I intended to. I asked for his number, but she refused and said to get it off the drive thru window. However, it was dark and the drive thru was very busy. She declared she would call him herself. She dialed his number and as soon as he answered she shared an outrageous story of how I came in yelling and demanding free food then threw her cell phone on the counter. I admitted I was upset and my voice was slightly elevated. I explained there were two sides to every story and stated what happened. Afterwards he said nothing momentarily and then replied that I was screaming and taking the situation out on him. I apologized to him and stated I was very upset and belittled. He then said he would converse the situation later by giving me his number. I knew this would be futile since he too was not capable of diffusing this nor if any type of customer service. Horrible service. Ordered an UNSweet tea. Made sure the cashier and the person who gave me my order knew I wanted unsweetened tea. Both said they got it correct, a sip later .. sweet tea. If I could this dump a -10 I would.... service sucks!!!! I never go to the location in Moultrie. I only went because my kids begged me... I checked my bag and everything was there. Stupid me for not checking each individual thing... all my fries were less than half full... They were cold.... cashier was taking money was friendly but took over 5 mins to get to me in drive thru and I was the only car....girl giving out food was actually holding a conversation the whole time... I only get the McGriddle, chicken nuggets, or fish sandwich. These are fairly good, the rest of what they serve I don't like here. Signs on the outside are confusing, some say open 24 hrs which they are not.
