I have come here spontaneously every day for the past 32 days just to see if they are open. They have been "closed" every single time. Despite multiple employees inside, they come up with various excuses as to why they are not serving at this supposedly 24/7 location. It is widely advertised that this location is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, yet EVERY TIME I have visited employees at the window make up an excuse as to why they cannot not serve me. I couldn't give it zero stars. This is my first Yelp review, but not my first of the "restaurant". I have eaten McDonald's in several countries and probably over one hundred cities, but this is the WORST I'VE EVER COME ACROSS. Unfortunately I now happen to live in the area that this franchise covers. I have given them bad reviews through other avenues in the past, but this is my last ditched effort to get them to make some changes. This time, they actually managed to get my order correct.... an unlikely event. Although the order was correct, the person in front of me at the drive through didn't have the same luck. All I saw was him handing the bag back to the server, then we wait.... I wish I had timed it, but it seemed like it was six or seven minutes until he received his new bag of food and exited. I could see my bag sitting there waiting. I was fuming, because I knew it would be of poor quality... I like hot food. I got to the window, was asked if it was a Doctor Pepper, which it wasn't... it was a DIET COKE. I received my DC and was given a bag of food, which I promptly checked (I've been here many times before and know that the chance is about 3:1 that they get it right). COLD.... stone cold fries, bad sign. It had been sitting there waiting while they fixed whatever fuck up they'd made with the guy in front. After mentioning how cold the food was, and had it been sitting there while the previous customer was server, I was told "no, it's fresh". The look I gave the server obviously requested the need for something more, and that came in the form of "we have fresh fries". Not wanting to hold up the rest of the line behind me, I took the fries (which were hot and scrumptious) and left. The Big Mac was cold, not even an ounce of warmth to it. I love McDonald's, but I just can't eat cold burgers or fries. I know I should learn, but I want this franchise to improve. My girlfriend, who will only eat a 'fillet of fish' has never.... NEVER been able to buy one while she's been with me (she is not a fan of McDonald's, so only goes when I insist). They are ALWAYS out. She even asked them last time if they were ever available, the server replied with "only during the day". We won't even talk about dipped cones. This place is the worst, and I wish they'd go the way of KFC in East Nashville. At least then, I'd make the effort to drive to the Dickerson Pike franchise..... at least they always get my order correct. read more

Awful food, horrible service, and slow lines. If it's past 11pm.....they won't answer you when you drive up. I've had to literally start talking into the speaker and lie and say I'm diabetic so that they answer and take my order. Their friends pull up to the windows and just hang out and talk to them. Worst McDonald's EVER. I have NEVER received the correct drink order. I order an UNsweet tea and ALWAYS get sweet. This has happened 4 times. It's disgusting. To make things worse I say extra ice and instead I'm convinced they give me no ice and EXTRA sweet!!!! It's now just more funny than anything. Worst service ever. Worker never came to the speaker. 3 cars deep and everyone had to go to the window to order because there was no response at the speaker. I finally got to the window and after another 2-3minutes the worker says " yes". I'm like uh OK. Wtf. "I need to place an order". She says, "what is it". Smh. This location got hit really hard for Fourth of July. The manager did a great job of keeping it together and I really felt for the employees who were struggling because their teammates skipped out on work. I wish I could give a 0 star! I just spent 45 min to get a sausage egg and cheese biscuit with a frappe! I first attempted the drive-through which has two lanes so I was in the second lane which they never came to take my order they took five people on the other lanes order before I went and parked to go in which was even a bigger mistake! I then waited 10 minutes for anybody to take my order, placed my order waited an additional 15 minutes to get my order. Then when I got home it was wrong! They charged me $.40 for cheese that I didn't get! I will not be going back to that McDonald's, possibly not to any McDonald's ever again! That was simply ridiculous! read more

Rude drive thru. Worth going one minute down the road for Burger King. Pulled up to window and waited about 5 minutes for them to speak. When they did it was muffled and could hear three people talking to each other. I was not sure if they were talking to me. So I said are you ready for me to order as nice as I could. The response from the woman on the speaker was well I guess so since I said may I help you. The tone was so rude that I drove off. If they care about their customers that little then eating the food would be a dangerous mistake. I wish it was different because there are some great people that have helped me there in the past. read more

I waited for 12 minutes but never got to order, so I walked out. Only one register open and the cashier was also helping to prepare orders.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!!! The inside was closed at 9:00...... so I pulled up to the drive thru and the lady over the speaker just says "go head" and is very rude the whole time I am trying to order. We wait at least 30 minutes in the drive thru line. When I finally get to the window to pay, the lady opens the window and doesn't say a word takes my money without saying how much it is and gives me back change without telling me how much change is given back either. I finally got up to the window to get my food and they had no clue what we ordered, and said they didn't see it on their screen. On top of everything, Once we received the order, my food was cold. I will never be coming back to this location. Definitely should be looking into hiring a whole new staff. Thanks. read more

It's August 31st at 2am. We just had the worst experience. There was a girl refusing to take everyone's orders. 4 cars just got mad and left. She was looking at everyone and then just walking off an rolling her eyes. Thank goodness for her lovely coworker Tanise (we asked for her name because she deserves a good mention) who helped us. Tanise was obviously very frustrated with her coworker and was trying to help everyone. Tanise should get a raise and a promotion. Her coworker should be fired. No questions asked. By the way...
