THE JUICIEST REVIEW OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT OF 2025!!!!! Visited this location late last night. My family & I are regulars at this location, because it's so close to us. I have receipts dating back several years at this establishment. Nine times out of ten, they will mess up your order. And usually, we'll let it slide. Only late last night, my younger Son & I had a hankering for some burgers. The order was fairly simple : 4 Big Macs, with two of them having extra Mac Sauce & one large Coke Zero. Came to $44.57. As you can see by the images, the Big Mac box states "Xtra Mac Sauce", only they didn't put extra Mac Sauce on it. Instead, they put a double helping of mayonnaise in it's place. After being a faithful customer of theirs for several years, I had enough and decided to call their Management team during day hours (I usually go there late night). As you can see by the images I've uploaded, I called them three times before they picked up. And when they did pick up....WOW!!!!! That's when the poop-show began!!!! LOL. As soon as the person picked up the phone, I said something to the effect of : Good afternoon, I'd like to speak to a Manager. The woman replied, "That would be me". I then asked : OK, and what is your name? She replies something to the effect of : What is this about? I reply : I'm sorry, but before we continue any further, I'd like to know who I'm speaking to. She tells me that due to privacy concerns, they don't give out employee information (which I completely respect). Then I say : I completely understand. I'm not looking for your last name. Just your first name. I'd like to know who I'm speaking to & that all I'm asking you to do, is to identify yourself. She tells me she won't. I told her I'm recording this conversation, at which point she states that she doesn't consent to having our conversation recorded. I thank her for her time & terminate the call. The reason they mess up their orders so often, is because there's zero liability at this location. They operate anonymously & above McDonald's protocols. Even their so-called "Manager" wouldn't step up & behave in a respectful manner. Suffice to say, my family & I will now have to drive for another ten minutes further down Glendale Avenue (opposite of the Niagara Pen Centre) because this McDonald's refuses to take any form of accountability for their own actions. I've forwarded all pertinent information to their corporate office. I strongly suggest you read their negative reviews, before visiting this location. They will defraud you (messing up your order) because they know they can get away with it. read more

When I stopped for a quick bite, the place was packed. The highway signs were warning of long wait at the border, and I was hungry and cold. Efficient service resulted in thinning the crowds. My order came up pretty quickly. Maple BBQ & Bacon Quarter Pounder Meal(Fries & Coffee) I loved it. The place was kept clean. A staff member was cleaning and sweeping the place constantly. We stopped by this McDonald's for drinks on our way to the hotel and it was a negative experience. We went through the drive through and I asked for a mint tea with 5 honey's. We get to the area where you pick it up and they gave us no honey. I asked for the honey and they charged us $0.50 per honey. I could have gone to the store and bought an entire container of honey for the same amount. I was appalled that that are so cheap. In Toronto, this has never happened to me. Would I go back? I go with buying food for me and asked a discount. the employee named vanipha behaves so rude with me for no reason. literally throw the food at me . On Sun Jan 21 as we were travelling to Niagara Falls we had a tire blow out on the highway. We made it to McDONALD'S @ 300 TAYLOR RD. We were looking for help to get a repair. The manager Scott (didn't) get his last name) was EXTREMELY HELPFUL. He called around to question where we could get a repair - unfortunately it was Sunday - No chance - he called security to let them know not to tag the car AS WE HAD TO LEAVE IT OVERNITE. He offered us food and drink to which we declined. He finally assisted in contacting our daughter in Mississauga to come and pick us up and return us home. He made several other phone calls on our behalf. He was on shift until 7 p.m. and we thought our daughter couldn't get there until after that time he said he would wait around until she got there. WOW what a VALUABLE EMPLOYEE you have in that young man. My daughter did arrive before 7 so I was happy he didn't have to stay later. I did thank him at the time but no words or money could do for a couple of 84 year old folks to assist in a bad situation. I hope he will be acknowledged by his superiors for his actions. By the way during all of this he was still doing his managerial job as well. THANK YOU SCOTT YOU WERE HEAVEN SENT TO US THAT DAY. While on vacation we stopped in for a quick meal. OMG the place was packed and continued to be until we left. (noon-1) Asked for a Sausage egg Mcmuffin & coffee. Instead he charged me for a meal. When I questioned him, he said it was cheaper. Maybe, maybe- the point being he should have asked me. I dislike their greasy hashbrowns and that is why I never get a breakfast meal. KS#3 on 10/28/17 around noon. Sandwich had cheese on it. In the US they always ask if I want cheese. No big deal, they made me a new one. I want to give Kudo's to the young man Braeden. What a joy. With a crowd of people, upset customers, children being very loud (parents had no control) he was going around delivering meals with a smile and was full of joy. After making me wait so long they provided nasty food. Worst experience. Ordered 3 items and all were terrible. The filet fish sandwich had an after taste. There was barely any sauce on it. I asked for extra ketchup on hamburger, i barely got any ketchup, and finally the fries were too salty. I want my money back from these theives read more

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been too!!! Had coffee grinds in my ice coffee and went back to get a new ice coffee and it took them 15 minutes to get me an ice coffee! Slowest McDonalds I have ever been too and awful customer service it's not really 'fast food' read more

You will rue the day you decided to eat here... Ordering at the kiosk is actually faster and easier than ordering at the counter from a seemingly live person who will effortlessly get your order incorrect after parroting the correct order to you. However, you won't catch this at the counter because she repeated it correctly yet entered it wrong...yet you will look at your receipt after and realize that in addition to your wraps your order also contained a fish sandwich when you specifically ordered a burger. Seriously, some guy ordered an apple pie and got a fish sandwich! After waiting a bit, you can start exchanging sympathetic glances with other patrons, realizing all of you are equally doomed by placing an order at the counter with the order-repeating mannequin posing as a live person. Then, the lone sympathetic and competent worker behind the counter will step up, apologize and personally take care of making your order himself! Our savior!!! The only problem is that he is just one guy and there are how many folks waiting for help? This he has to do it in a hurried manner to the extent that it would have been better if he just gave you the pieces and let you assemble the wraps yourself. I gotta give that one guy credit as he tried where NONE of the other troglodytes in McDonalds uniforms seemed to care or lift a finger to help. I went to their drive thru at 8:30 and waited forever just to order. I just wanted smoothies and had to wait about 20 minutes just to order and about an additional 20 minutes to actually pay for it and receive what I ordered. If you ever go to the drive thru at night and see how "short" the line is I would recommend going inside to buy the food because from my experience the drive thru would take longer than going inside even though you would need to walk some steps by going inside you would same some time. The reason it was so slow was because only the 2nd window was open so you would need to pay and pick up your order at the one place. read more

Took almost 45 minutes to get 2 coffees, a smoothie and a breakfast sandwich. Told us to pull to the side the came out with cold coffees and the wrong sandwich. Come on guys. That's the last time I go to McDonalds. read more
