The owner of this business should be embarrassed. This is the worst location I've ever visited in my entire life. The manager was totally incompetent and only could say nothing was her fault. The manager is always responsible!!! Fire everyone and start over or sell the business because you make all McDonalds look bad. My husband ordered and paid for happy meals for our grandchildren only to be handed milk and no food. Then everyone, including the inept manager, proceeded to ignore my husband. So my family went to get the food they waited 1 HOUR 20 MINUTES just to get food for my family then we got home the toys (2 toys) wasn't in the happy meal the happy meal box wasn't there they got our drinks wrong we're missing 2 large fries the food was cold and they said they were under staffed. read more

Take your order. They charge you for extra lettuce, tomato, or onions, and they leave off that the things you want on all of your sandwiches. They never get it right. This is a chronic problem with this restaurant. read more

4:40pm waited in line at drive thru. Watched the three cars ahead of me have their orders taken and pull around to pay. I pull up to order and was rudely told they aren't taking any orders without further explanation. McDonald's will no longer get any orders from me. This isn't the first time this has happened. Only get one star because it is required. I give their service a zero. read more

decided to try it one more time , it just keeps getting worse. ordered #7 burritos reached in the bag to get the hash brown and realized something in the bag is very cold, the burrito's cold as ice. go back to discover the dining room is closed. shake the door to be told closed inside while holding the bag. explain not going to wait in line behind 7 cars that the burritos are chilled, go in get replacements that 1 was warm other cool. I went to this establishment last Thursday and they closed the bathroom and the cashier told me to piss on the floor. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I did of course but then I was arrested for public indecency and didn't get my big mac no pickles. I order before they arrested me and was not refunded my $5.17. You will regret going here! I placed a large online order about an hour in advance. It was a simple order of all breakfast burritos. When I arrived the front door was locked so I went through the drive through but was told I have to go inside to pick up online orders. I told them it was locked and they said to wait a minute. They then came back over the speaker and said to come forward. Then at the window they asked the name of the order. They said they couldn't find the order so I showed them the order/ payment confirmation. They simply said sorry and that there was nothing they could do. I said can I at least have my money back? They said they didn't know how to process it. So I asked if they could cook my order since I clearly paid for it. They said, that's a large order and needed to call something like that in ahead of time. I reiterated that was the reason I ordered it on the app an hour in advanced. The staff then came back and said they found my order and handed it to me. The staff was extremely rude as if they were inconvenienced to be working there. Once I brought the food to my group, we all realized that the food was all partially frozen. This is unacceptable. If there was a negative rating option, that's what this place would get. read more

My mother-in-law wanted a mocha frappe along with oatmeal, and I ordered an oatmeal and coffee. We thought going inside would be quicker. Wrong. The manager was taking the orders and there were 3 or 4 employees supposedly getting the orders out. The manager informs us the frappe machine is broken, so an orange juice is ordered instead. While we wait ... and wait ... and wait for our oatmeal, the employees are talking to each other about work problems and dropping the F-bomb like it was nothing. The manager is standing right there and does nothing, as if foul language in front of parents and children is normal work behavior! After 18 minutes we finally get our order. We take it to a table, only to find a tiny dead fly on the rim of the plastic cover on one of the oatmeals! After removing the cover we see patches of dry oatmeal that hadn't even been touched by liquid. That was it. We trashed it and left. I didn't bother to say anything to the manager since it was obvious from the language permitted that he didn't care about customers. Stay far away from this McDonalds! read more

I don't come to this McDonald's often because each time I do the service is absolutely terrible. The burger was raw in the middle. I would suggest avoiding the market st pascagoula location after, 6pm because they don't care about service. They are too busy play on there cell phones, an playing around. I wanted the receipt for my purchase, was told the printer was down,I said print it from up front. The managers at this location run an excellent shift!!! I wish that all mcdonalds could have the staff of this mcdonalds. They make you feel welcome every time you walk through the doors or drive up to the window... Chris Rubom (store manager) is the best thing to happen to this location. Food quality is less than ideal. I ordered a "Deluxe" chicken sandwich with guacamole. The chicken was tough and tasted old. Management seems uninterested in the customers. I gave them 2 stars for the young lady who took my order and who was pleasant and friendly. read more
