I came to this McDonald and I waited 30 minutes for my order and I asked for my receipt because they weren't giving my receipts and the manager and the cashier were mad about it , and I was in a rush so I just told them to give me my order and they didn't give it to me EXACTLY how I ordered it and the cashier gave me attitude and told me "if you wanted it fast , you should've went inside" isn't it supposed this is a fast FOOD restaurant? read more

This is the dirtiest inside and out, easily waited 45 minutes to receive order and normally wrong ,non compliant McDonald across the US, non trained and not caring employees, new promoted managers poping up daily who do NOT take your order correctly, and rude. Then you have general manager, obsese female if you say something is incorrect, goes to registered and pulls your receipt and blocks your using rewards. Then one with masssive tatotos eseven stated that I cause problems , ???because I use the mcd app rewards and employees FAIL at given correct order. Customers are very mad for having to wait 45 plus mi uses and still no order. This mcD false advertisement of using rewards coupons on line. Tables are filthy, food not edible, cold not as ordered,... .for three months now only one of two sinks in restrooms ladies work. Someone needs to call health department. The food was great like any other McDonalds, but here's the problem. I go through the drive thru, every thing is fine- I accidentally forgot to say I wanted 3 hash browns in total. I got parked upfront by the worker on window who was doing a fantastic job by the way! I sat outside for a good 12 minutes and then I walk inside. I inform who I believe was a manager or a shift lead about me waiting outside for the 12 minutes and she IMMEDIATELY went to the worker who was on window and started yelling at him. He seemed very overwhelmed and he immediately came up to me and apologized, and was confused because he thought she had already ran to give me my food. It made me very uncomfortable that instead of her owning up that she didn't give me the food, she immediately pointed fingers, not taking the blame. I too work in fast food as a manager and if I make a mistake I will own up for it. The atmosphere seemed very tense and it didn't seem like fun at all. I wish that worker so much luck and that manager really needs to be coached and talked to. read more

I'm giving them an extra star because there is construction and it's hard to get to the restaurant itself. I waited quite a while for a very simple order and there weren't that many people in the restaurant or in the drive-through. The chicken nuggets are OK typical the restaurant seem fairly clean. The bathroom was not it is one that requires a code to get into so I don't understand why it was so dirty. read more

Food order wasn't complete. I ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget but only got a 10 piece. I asked for no ice in my drinks, ice was in all my drinks. Drinks were not filled up. Very upset with an associate there. Young, male, 8:50pm mst on 6/16/2024, claims his name is Ben. He was very rude for no reason and refused to take my order telling me to leave. This was after me giving my order already to another associate. He started talking and saying random things and then told we had a "language barrier" and to leave. Mind you, he was speaking all of this in perfect english. I asked for his name, and he said Ben and to leave again. It was uncalled for. He should be coached on his behavior and appropriate customer service. I've been so pleased recently with employees there and then to experience this, it's unacceptable. read more

I ordered online and arrived at the drive thru for them to tell me I needed to go to the "mobile pick up" space in front of the restaurant. (Makes sense but other locations had let me go through drive-thru.) Anyway, I sit around for over 10 min and no one comes out so I headed inside. Guess what?
