Well, after looking on here and you have 74 reviews and you have 1.6 stars. I guess it speaks for itself but I'm gonna say something anyway. I literally hardly ever go to fast food in general, but we both know how much money McDonald's makes or most of us can't even fathom. But today my meal cost $5.97. I gave them six dollars in cash. The lady said we don't have any pennies today. I thought to myself can you imagine how much they're making off of their day when they aren't able to give pennies? If I took a penny out of everybody's checking account it would be considered some sort of fraud and embezzlement but nope now we got McDonald's here that doesn't have pennies. Just ridiculous. Come on guys we both know what you're doing. The girl that took my money and had to explain was just fine and the place looks clean. I use the drive-through but at the end of the day I can't imagine how much you're making off of people by not giving them their pennies back. What you should've been advised to do with good leadership support and an owner would be to give me a Nickelback and eat the two cents since somebody either didn't do their job or again. This is meant to make a little bit of a profit on the side. I sure hope they write it off because taxes would love to hear about this. Ordered from here on 3/14/2025 around 10pm Not sure if the staff tonight forgot they were working for a Friday night but definitely did not have a great experience. Was waiting at the second window for about a solid 5 minutes at least before the person at the window opened it, tired to ask for a cup of pickles (wanted to pay for it) instead I got a medium sized cup with maybe 7 pickles in it and that was after struggling to get her to hear- thought I was asking for a cup of ice looked like my burger had been thrown into the bag, once home I started to eat my burger but after a second bite realized it was undercooked. What ever is the name of the girl working the second window between the time of 7:40pm and 8pm tonight is so rude. She should not be doing anything customer service related if she's going to hate her job so much. Your job is to hand people their food and say enjoy. All that extra stuff was very unnecessary. Restaurant was out of sweet tea and refused to make more. I was given cold food and returned it. They gave us the same exact food back when I asked to make it fresh. I returned the food once again and requested a refund.They refused to issue a refund and the manager wouldnt even speak with me. I left the food with them and asked them to provide proof that I did not take the food again they refused to help. It was the worst service I have ever received from McDonalds. I'm not the type to leave reviews, and I don't like being "that" customer--but this experience needs to be addressed. I've had multiple issues with this location messing up my orders, but today was the breaking point. I wasn't given a receipt, and the employee at the second window was extremely rude. She asked me to repeat my order several times, then walked away mid-conversation. I also overheard her make a comment in Spanish to her co workers not knowing I understood. When I finally got my food, it was wrong--again. I asked for the receipt and told her the order was incorrect, and she snatched the bag from me and walked off. She returned and handed the food back to me with an attitude, and it was still missing the hash brown that comes with the meal. When I mentioned it, she rolled her eyes and brought it back with even more attitude. I don't want to be rude, but this kind of service is completely unacceptable. I hope management seriously addresses this behavior, because you've officially lost a customer. read more

I just ordered a Big Mac Meal and a Quarter Pounder with Cheese. Everything, including the fries were hot and fresh. The employees were all courteous and helpful. The thing that impressed me most when compared to other locations was the floor was actually clean. Kudos to the management and staff! Highly recommended. read more

Very quick service, inside was clean and modern, staff was polite and quick with our order. If you download the McDonald's app there are a bunch of great deals and discounts. This black girl with purpleish braid made my 2 water XS instead of L like I ordered, and when I came back, she was smiling as if she knew what she did and so I asked "May I have a large water" and as she is trying to hold in her laugh and avoid eye contact with me she nods and remakes me my water after I confronted her. I am a regular at this McDonalds and I am utterly disappointed with its recent behavior. The workers are loud and sometimes when i have my number at the table they never deliver my food! I would like to add that every time I've been here which is i kid you not over 100 times just this year! They still take so long just to make a cup of water! Is this the worst McDonald's in Port St. Lucie? In my experience, yes, it is. I purchased a Big Mac, 6 pc nuggets, and 2 small fries via their drive-thru. This ended up being an incorrectly put together Big Mac (or half a Big Mac? Hard to tell), a 4 pc nugget, and some really stale and inedible fries. Comparing this meal to other McDonald's meals I've ever had, it was very disappointing. When I was in the area again a few days later, I went back with the receipt and pictures of the food (I had called the day of the issue but nobody there picked up the phone). The manager, who identified himself as Pablo, said he wouldn't give a refund and at most could give me 2 nuggets. The messed up Big Mac was just too bad for me, and no comme t from him. He wouldn't give the name or contact number of the owner either. It was policy, he said. He didn't apologize, and this location did not regret the error. Fun! Now, we're talking about fast food, less than 14 dollars here, but fast food doesn't have to equal a garbage experience. The food wasn't just sloppy or taste bad: it was missing items and was simply wrong. This location gives McDonald's a bad name. Think about that for a second. Avoid this McDonald's like the plague! So my wife just had a terrible experience while waiting for our food. A man asked for a refund because everyone's food was being messed up and the manager Trevor was screaming and acting so unprofessional and while doing so did not lead his staff and compromised everyone's food paid for with our hard earned money. I had to re dry 4 orders of fried because they were all raw. Terrible experience and the franchise should feel disgraced. I hope changes are made if not they get shut down this location used to be the best around and now they are not worth my money I will go to Culver's or Chik Fil A from now on. read more

It is unfortunate that the crew, both the cashier and the runner did not use PPE. Cashier not even wearing gloves (no mask) and runner no mask. I can't believe you do not care enough about the health of your customers to protect the customer and the crew. We have to assume that if the public facing crew does not protect, it is only MUCH worse in the back end of the operations. Had cold french fries and a giant piece of hair in the french fries. One detail manager whose hair it was didn't seem to care at all. the only person that helped me was Brent And he was supposed to be on his break. If it wasn't for brand the other managers would've had me just standing there even longer after I turned in the fries. The cashier was new and had some troubles and curlyhaired male manager with glasses had no customer service skills and was joking around saying he wishes he could with him. If I could give less than one star I would. During my 35 minute wait for food that should be done in 90 seconds or less I witnessed the most vile disgusting behavior from a crew in any McDonald's I've ever been too. Of the 5 or 6 ppl working that night there was ONE one kid hustling back there. The "manager" Trevor was extremely rude to a customer who asked for a refund because his food was was not up to par the fries were greasy cold and almost raw. He proceeded to yell at the patron to wait until he was ready to give him the refund he shouted at the top of his lungs saying he was the only one there and he didn't care what anybody thought or said of him. He even threatened to call the cops on the customer for no good reason. He made them wait another 15 minutes bc he was the only "manager" there to issue the refund. In that time you can hear him from shouting from the back of the kitchen profanities and threatening to quit. Another customer waiting on their order asked for his drinks which were sitting on the counter was completely ignored by three other workers. No one took accountability when Trevor came back up to the front he didn't even apologize for his outburst! I took my food to go very weary after what I had witnessed and for good reason 4 orders of fries were disgusting greasy and almost raw!! I remember when McDonald's was the best thing since slice bread and they valued their customers. If you keep hiring these teenagers with no customer service or core values or even general respect for patrons your business will go downhill fast!! This is not the first time I've encountered this I could care less attitude from a McDonald's worker and it's really sad! Come here somewhat often... Staff is usually friendly and gets food out on a timely manner. The only problem with this location is the food preparation. Whenever i get any kind of sandwich i basically am left to assemble the entire thing myself. Recently what set me off was the bottom bun on my big mac was rock hard and completely stale.
