If I could give it zero stars, I would. This is the single worst fast food location I have ever had the misfortune of patronizing. Even though I know better than to stop here (I usually make the extra drive to another location), I had two starving little boys who were up past their bedtime and I needed to feed them fast as possible. HUGE mistake. Ordering took the typical amount of time and wasn't too bad considering how long the drive thru usually is. So I figured we would get through pretty fast. Boy was I wrong! We waited for forty-five minutes.....let me say that again....FORTY-FIVE MINUTES, to get from the order box to the pick up window!! For 2 flipping Happy Meals! Then, when I got to the window, I saw 2 employees actually running back and forth trying to work while 5 others had the music cranked up giggling and having some sort of dance off. I sat there waiting at the window, glaring at them for 5 full minutes before they finally finished their little party and handed me my order. With attitude and without even saying a word to me. And they got the order wrong!! One of my kids asked me if I could ask them to remake his burger the right way and I said "NO! We can fix it at home." It absolutely blows my mind at how poorly mismanaged this location is. I just don't understand! I KNOW that people have been complaining about this store for YEARS, but nothing ever changes! Can we all please just stop going here and giving them money? Maybe then they will get the message. How do I contact the store owner? McDonald's corporate is no help, whatsoever. If I could give negative stars I would. We only come to this location because it is close to our home. Customer service is horrible, food (fries) are always cold. You would expect at minimum hot food for having a long drive through line. The drive through cashiers are lazy and give attitude like we are bothering them. Waiting in line for 15-20 min to get a drive through order only to get it wrong and have to get off and have the employees tell you we will get to it when we can. Bad managing, bad service, poorly trained employees. Just over all a horrible experience every time read more

If you ask for Diet Coke you get regular Coke if you ask for a sausage McMuffin you get an egg biscuit. Absolutely trash and employees are rude when you try to get your correct order. This McDonalds has gone downhill in quality, taste and at times, service. The food tastes as if it has been sitting under a heat lamp for hours, and the fries, OH MY, the fries are just gross!!! I have to ask for them to be hot, food too. When I get up to the 2nd window, I get my drinks, and sometimes the Happy meal, minus the fries, then they send me around front to wait. I wait for about 7-10 minutes, and when they bring me my food, the fries are just warm, but the burgers are cold, and my grandson is done eating the cheeseburger and apples that came in his Happy meal. I am so frustrated by then, I just leave!! Now, when I go in and order, I do the same thing, I ask for hot fries and fresh burgers. I get our cups, and while I wait I make our drinks and then come back to the front and wait. I watch everyone behind the counter as they rush around bumping into each other as they rush to fill all the bags that they have lined up on the counter. Then you have the guy working the fries machine, he pulls the basket out of the oil and barely shakes the oil off of it, then dumps it into the bin, where he pours an enormous amount of salt over such a small batch of fries, I can just feel my blood pressure rising as I'm watching him do it. They have lots of to-go orders that seem to take precedence over every other order in there. So if you are a walk-in customer, you come in 3rd place when it comes to the food delivery service. To-go orders take 1st place, drive-thru is second place, and good old walk-ins are bringing up the rear, in last place. I used to love Mickey D's...Now I'm so bummed that I can't find one that makes food the way they used to. read more

Someone gave this restaurant a five star rating. I called BS every other rating as a one or a two mostly ones. The only multi star ratings are for five years old. Careful when you look at ratings from yelp. The service is as slow as ever. This is a McDonald's. They are processes are well defined and well understood there is no excuse for 20 minutes weights in the drive-through. It was not a great experience today at this McDonald's. It was the dirtiest that I have ever seen any food place. All trash cans were full, trash piled on top falling onto floor. Tables were dirty with trash under them. Took my child to the bathroom and there was poop all over the baby changer and a cloth with poop on it by the sink on the counter. (Someone did eventually come to clean it up). Looking behind the counter, the floors were covered in food and drinks. It was a mess. I order a Quarter Pounder with NO cheese (how hard is that) and the last three times I've gone they have gotten it wrong. This is the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. Day or night it's consistently slow. I went through the drive through and the gentleman that served my food stood at the window for few minutes while he watched someone in the back serve someone the come and bag my food. He could have easily saved minutes if he bagged the food himself. That's just one example I've actually noticed but the lines don't lie. read more

Every time I go here the kids working mess something up or take 45 mins to get an order out. I go to eat about once a week so this has to occur often told it happens to me maybe once every month that I come here. I ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget meal for my son. I get out to my car and only 4 nuggets are in there. I go in to get my extra two and the girl gives me another 6 piece on the house and I'm not complaining about that. I open up the nugget box and low and behold it says 6 on the box and I got 8. The kids working in here are definitely millennial garbage and can't even do a minimum wage job right. Once again, I made the grievous error of trying this McDonalds. Once again, they screwed up the order. Only the capper was when I came back to get the missing items, I didn't get a "I'm sorry Sir, we'll correct that" what I got was "They were in the bag. I put them there myself" and when I informed them that, in fact, they were NOT in the bag, I was told "I remember putting them in the bag" It doesn't matter what you may or may not remember, saying those things to a customer is saying "I think you are a fucking liar trying to scam free food" and will NOT deescalate the situation. I keep leaving bad reviews and contacting McDonalds in hopes to get this store to improve their... well. Everything. But nothing has changed. I think we need to lift off and nuke the site from orbit, it's the only way to be sure. read more

Unbelievable!!! This is quite possibly the worst McDonald's I've been to in the 42 years I've been alive. Why would you put someone who has zero comprehension skills on the register. I notice he was screwing up people's orders before me but, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. That my friends is were I fucked up. I read to him each item and had him repeat it back to me. That was excruciating!!! He was apparently incompetent to find a button stating no ice on drinks. After having him walk away for 2 minutes to say he couldn't figure it out I threw my hands up in defeat. As I was paying a coworker fixed the problem. I was so wrong. As I reviewed my receipt there were Items Mossi g from my order. I asked another cashier since the last one keeps fumbling around and was not in the immediate area. He also was dumbfounded and was flustered. I talked to his shift leader who walked up and I ended up ordering that item separately. I ordered my food at 2:42PM, it is now 3:15 and have no choice but to take it because my son is hungry. P.S. I ordered sweet and sour sauce for the chicken nuggets, definitely not in the bag. My husband went to pick up an order I put in through the app. They wouldn't allow him to do so because he didn't have the phone that put in the order. Why does it matter?! If it was paid for already and he has the code needed, what difference does it make? The worker was very rude in the drive thru. My husband tried to speak to the manager and she was rude as well. For McDonalds, this one is actually pretty nice. You are invited to the establishment by a large dinosaur sculpture which was pretty cool, and a Full sized replica of a T-Rex Skull (See picture!), in the Lobby, pretty damn cool. The floor/tables were also really clean, as we saw someone while we were there cleaning up. It does lose a star because their play area was kind of lame. read more
